Ishita's POV:

An excellent aroma of delicious food was spilled into our room, waking me up from my deep sleep. I blinked my heavy eyes and sit upright on the bed noticing Armaan's absence. Scratching my head, I remember everything we did since last night, in the shower, and fuck we both are equally crazy for each other. But do I crave more of such craziness... it's a hell yes.

I took a quick shower brushing my teeth since the shower before got a bit heated. I clothed myself in one of his black t-shirts and my tight shorts making my way to the kitchen. Armaan was tossing some parathas in the pan; he looked hot as hell. But I reminded myself of my current situation down there, he hummed a tune chopping some salad. "Someone's happy today..." I walked up towards him. He smiled glimpsing at me and pecked on my lips, "You make me happy every single time... love...". I forwarded my hand to pick up a paratha but he slapped my hand away.

"It's still hot you're going to burn yourself again... go sit at the dining table and wait for me. Go..." he scolded me and turned his all attention to his food. "Okay... Mom..." I mocked him walking away and taking a seat at the dinner table. Enjoying his kitchen flexes, I waited for my food to be served, and soon like a five-star restaurant meal he served many dishes on the table. Taking a bite of the food my eyes bulge out "Umm... this is so delicious..." I stuffed more of the chutney and paneer paratha in my mouth. He chuckled taking a bite of his food, "Do you like it?" I moaned, "I love it... please marry me again." He grins widely, "I won't mind..." and stole glances while eating.

In the evening we walked around the pool area with hand in hand. "Do you think Veronica would give up after losing most of the wealth?" he glimpsed at me and shook his head, "No... she won't. Some people tend to avoid the harsh truth of living in the luxurious lie that favors them the most. Veronica is one of them but that's not our problem because I have arranged something for it." Tangling my arms with him I leaned close to him, "I believe you..." he pecks my forehead, "And I love you..."

Giggling happily, I kissed his lips, "I love you too..." he leans forward to kiss me more but stopped when his phone buzzed in his pockets. Checking the caller ID, he quickly pecks my lips and walked away cornering himself to answer the call. I was left there standing confused but I did respect his privacy. Sitting on the benches around the pool I checked my phone, Armaan had previously told Ritika to postpone all my work for a day. I was thankful for it but at the same time I love my work; without it, my life feels boring.

Glimpsing at Armaan, he was continuously convincing someone but then gave up hearing from the other side. He passed a quick faint smile to me and I nodded understandingly, after a while he, ended the call and side-hugged sitting on the bench. I leaned close to him resting my head on his shoulder, he feels home. Armaan leans close confessing, "Grandmother called... she lives in Udaipur but currently is staying in Goel Mansion. She came here to invite us because my cousin's brother is getting married but got to know that I have left the house. We will need to get back home by tomorrow that isn't bad but the thing is I tried to prove my point but everyone thinks I'm acting childish running away from my responsibilities but you're my responsibility too. In that particular situation, I did what I felt was right. Seriously, I'm exhausted trying to make people understand my viewpoint." He left a long sigh rubbing his forehead.

I lifted my head, "Fuck them... Armaan... the only thing better I have learned from my messed-up family is that no one believes in you until you have done it with perfection. So, if you feel good after what you have done it doesn't matter who else doesn't feel good. As far as I'm aware you haven't done anything wrong. I'm not saying it because I'm your responsibility but your parents are equally at fault it's not just all about you." He passed me a wide grin, "Thank you..." I raised my brows, "For what? dividing the blame..." he shook his head, "For being with me, supporting me, understanding me, and yeah... dividing the blame which made me feel better." I rolled my eyes, "Ugh... no wonder I get tired after doing so many things." He chuckled, "You're unbelievable..." I took it as a compliment.

The rest of the time we spent eating some snacks, watching the sunset, and then decided to watch a movie. I decided to watch a horror movie and Armaan was totally against it because he said and I quote, "I don't watch a horror movie at night not because it scares me but because there is a slight possibility that the things shown in the movie could happen in reality." Which technically means he feared it. Armaan looked so cute snuggling close to me every time the ghost made an appearance on the screen. I felt pity for him and changed the movie to a romantic comedy movie, he casually laughed at a lame joke, and I keep admiring him with a big smile on my face.

Third-Person's POV:

At the Goel Mansion, a black Mercedes parked in front of the main entrance, and Ishita with Armaan walked inside towards the hall. Nayantara walked out of the living room and saw the couple walking inside hand in hand. Her eyes glittered with happiness as she pulled Ishita into a bone-crushing hug, "My God... I missed you so much...". Ishita gagged, "Maa... I'll throw up everything that I ate in the breakfast if you hugged me a little more tightly." She slapped her arms between her sniffs and cupped her cheeks kissing them both. "I'm sorry for being so reckless and ignoring you." Ishita grinned widely, "It's okay Maa... you don't have to apologize... not me at least."

Armaan cleared his throat dragging their attention, "Am I not welcomed?" Nayantara chuckled, "Don't get jealous of your wife... come I have made your favorite food." He whistled happily and hugged her walking inside the house. They stopped in their track when a woman on the good side of her eighties walks down the stairs. She was much more active and healthier compared to the other woman of her age. "Armaan... come here kid won't you meet your grandmother." Armaan walked towards her and touched her feet bowing low. She cupped his cheek, "You look just like your father... but a better and more handsome version." He chuckled, "Don't let Dad hear that or he would throw a lot of tantrums." She smiled at his words.

Ishita came forward to touch her feet, but she didn't recognize her, "I'm sorry I didn't remember seeing you before..." Armaan introduced, "Grandma... this is my wife, Ishita. She's the CEO of Mehra Groups' founder and formal editor of Gold Dust magazines." She gave her an unsatisfied look, "Oh... I did come to your wedding... twice... but how would I remember so many unknown figures?" Armaan brushed it off, but Ishita got a bit offended, "Even I don't remember getting your name or hearing it anywhere." Grandma adjusted her glasses with a smug look, "I'm Yamini Goel... director and head designer of Goel Jewellers. Are you the new money in the industry? because I have won the businesswomen of the year awards five times appearing on many hot magazine's front covers."

Ishita chuckled, "Those tacky awards people buy to maintain their fame and trashy magazines bragging about the person who fed them money. That's why I have never read anything about you. My great-grandfather founded Mehra Groups and I have been handling it for a couple of years." Yamini's forehead creased, "Being old money doesn't make you worth the respect in the industry. Your father and his infidelity have been a hot topic drowning all the respect people had for Mehra Groups. They don't even have much faith in the new CEO barbie who thinks that the world revolves around her." With jaws dropping, Armaan and Nayantara pondered the same question 'what the hell just happened?'.

Armaan took a stand, "Grandma... she's definitely nothing like her father and the business is flourishing since she joined. I think we should drop all the business talk and meet each other warmly because we're family besides everything going on outside." Yamini looked up and down at Ishita who was giving her death glares after everything she heard about herself. Ishita didn't argue much and walked past her climbing up the stairs towards her room, Armaan followed her behind. He closed the door behind him while Ishita paced inside the room keeping her things.

"Ishita... don't take her words seriously she just doesn't like anything about your father. At first meet, she judged you for it, or else she's a very sweet person." Armaan tried to convince her. Ishita rolled her eyes, "Yeah... a real bag of sugar" and stood in front of the mirror removing her accessories and touching up her makeup. He walked close and hugged her from behind, "Meri Jaan... forget about it and tell me what your plans are for today." Ishita smiled shyly glimpsing at him peppering kisses on the crook of her neck, her anger melted within seconds. She turned to face him, "I must attend a meeting in the office and discuss the marketing pinch of the new project. I need to improve my employ relations because launching Viable Green, my new company." He knits his brows, "Really... I thought we were going to spend time together and as far as I remember the management layout need a month to be prepared."

She shook her head in agreement, "I'll think a way to handle the layout issue including the replica I would be presenting and speaking of spending time together. Didn't we spend two weeks in pool house?". Armaan hummed in response, "But I want to be with you because once I got indulge into business again, I won't be able to get much time for you. What if we missed our romantic time together?" She knits her brows and cups his cheeks lovingly, "Hey... why are you saying that? You gave me enough time when you worked and even if you will be busy. We will have the next month and the month after that even some spare time in between."

Armaan looked up into her eyes, "I don't know... what if you changed your mind and decide to leave me?" Ishita was a bit stunned. He lowered his head and confessed, "I know it's lame, but it just scares me what will happen if you left me and at that time. I would regret spending less time with you and focusing more on business. I have earned a lot of money and respect in the past and got to know that it's all useless and how fake the world is. The one time I have got something special for me I don't want to lose it with my stupidity. I want to cherish you Ishita and spend more time with you before my time runs out." She placed her finger on his lips, "Shh... don't say those things. I'm not going to leave you at all and be here with you forever... I don't care what happens in the future, but I'll be with you no matter what."

She moved forward and kissed his lips affectionately; he let a moan when she bites his lower lips. Breaking the kiss Armaan looked deep into her eyes with his heart racing a marathon. Taking her right hand, he placed it on his chest which had the top three undone buttons of his shirt. Ishita's firm hands touched in bare chest feeling his heart pounding crazily, she looks up into his eyes. "This is how much you drive me crazy..." he mumbled in a raspy voice. Ishita grinned widely and wrapped her arms around his neck, "I love you, Armaan." He kissed her soft hair, "I love you more my love..." they hugged each other lovingly.
