It took a while for Yoongi to finish helping Yoora, but no matter how long it took, Jimin never left his table.

Even the waitress pointed it out to him once, asking him why the certain customer wasn't leaving. And all Yoongi did was shrug in response.

But little by little, the restaurant started filling up and Jimin wasn't the only one there. So Yoongi decided to leave right when Yoora's attention was divided, so that she wouldn't see him leave with the customer. But a part of himself felt guilty for leaving during the busiest hours.

"You took forever." Muttered Jimin as he got up from his seat, "I have so much work to do."

That was a lie.

"Like what?" Probed Yoongi.

"Umm.. I have to do some research on my new secretary and.. check proposals, if there are any new ones.." He kept stammering between phrases and both of them exited the restaurant.

Yoongi then connected the dots, "You don't have any work to do, do you?" He spoke nonchalantly.

"The only thing I have to do is check out what Jia sent me about my secretary, that's it." Said the CEO, and then realized he had overshared.

The older didn't want to ask any more questions as they walked through the parking lot, but his curiosity got the best of him, "Whatever you're saying sounds really urgent."

"Well that's because it is. I have this gut feeling that my secretary is lying to me."

"He got in though, didn't he? I don't think Park Corporations would accept any person to be the CEO's secretary."

Jimin sighed, "I know, and that's what makes it tough. I put someone in charge of interviewing applicants, and they recommended him. And I trust who I put in charge."

"You can't go against a gut feeling. And didn't he just  become your secretary?" Yoongi said as he recalled the details of Jimin's phone call, "It's barely been a week, so isn't it too quick to make assumptions anyway."

"I mean, if there's a problem, the sooner you get rid of it the better." Murmured Jimin, "But I guess I'll just keep it subtle. The last thing I want is for my secretary to find out about it."

"God, this shit is exhausting. Do you have to think about stuff like this every single day?"

Jimin laughed at the older's comments, "No, this doesn't happen every day. And to be honest, I just have nothing to do this weekend. It's not like I have anything better to do than think about stuff like that."

"You and me both. Except, I don't even have work to think about. Just my brother."

"He's everything to you, huh."

"Guess I gave it away."

Jimin chuckled, "You talk about him a lot so I just assumed."

"Get on, and tell me your address so I can take you home." Yoongi said as he handed Jimin a helmet.

"Where's your helmet?"

"I only have one with me. I wasn't expecting guests." The older said as he stared at Jimin, "Now put it on."

"So you don't have one?"

"Just put it on for goodness sake."

"Fine." Agreed the CEO at last. After that he hopped on behind Yoongi, "You wore your helmet the last time."

"What do you mean?" Yoongi asked in a confused manner.

"You didn't give me your helmet the last time I got on." Jimin repeated, as if it meant something to him.

"This is a helmet we're talking about, I think you're overanalyzing it. Now your address?"

Jimin thought for a moment before letting out a giggle, "I don't want to go home."

"Oh my god. You sound like a five year old, just tell me where to go."

The younger started to get annoyed, "Don't you get it? I don't want to go home."

"Yes, that's what you said. I'm not deaf Jimin."

"I got out of my house for the first time in a while. The last thing I want to do is go back." Said Jimin, with a hint of sadness to his tone, "Take me anywhere else.. please?"

Yoongi didn't want to give in to his sob story, but something in him knew that Jimin wasn't speaking nonsense. A smile formed on his lips, he knew exactly where to go. But at the same time he questioned himself about why he was so eager to comply with the younger's wishes.

He suddenly got reminded of something which interrupted his thoughts, he turned towards the younger, "Hey.. just before we leave, I want to ask you something."

"Go ahead."

"Are you going to stop paying for Taehyung's medical bill because of what happened or-"

"That's the dumbest shit I've heard." Interrupted Jimin, his lips forming into a scowl, "You think I'm that selfish?"

"No, but that's the reason I took this job in the first place." Admitted Yoongi, "To have some type of money just in case.."

Jimin scoffed, "Just in case what? I stop paying for Taehyung's bills?"

Yoongi's silence confirmed his thoughts.

"I can't believe you, you're a dickhead."

"Don't get too worked up, this dickhead is also the one that's going to turn your day around for the better. Now what do you think of cat cafes?"

***

"You haven't stopped smiling ever since we left."

"Why would I? I love cats."

"Sometimes I forget you run a business."

"Sometimes I forget you're a thief."

"Not anymore. You think I actually enjoyed being one?"

"I mean, you were good at it." Jimin replied honestly, "I still remember the time you took my watch."

The older chuckled at the memory, "Right. Speaking of that, what's the time again?"

"10:13."

"Ah, we're just in time for the café to open."

"Wait, we're already here?" Jimin's voice went up an octave higher when he spotted the cat café on the other side of the street, which answered his question.

"It isn't that far away from the restaurant anyway. Which is why I wanted to take you there." Yoongi knew his town from inside out, he was almost like a taxi driver.

Jimin suddenly felt a hand on his back, guiding him off the motorcycle. He looked down to hide his red face from Yoongi because of his gentleness.

He suddenly started rummaging through his pockets, "Shit. Someone's calling me."

Yoongi rolled his eyes, "Nothing good happens with these calls."

"Let's not jinx it." Jimin remarked as he picked up the call, not even bothering to check the obvious name in front of it.

"Who is this?"

"Jia."

He sighed.

"Why are you calling? It's the weekend. You should go out." Funny how ironic that was.

"Why are you being so nice to me?"

Jimin couldn't help but smile a bit, that's the first thing he said to Yoongi. And right after that he regained his stern expression, as if Jia could see him. He didn't forget what happened yesterday, "What do you want? I don't have that much time."

There was a pause, and then he heard a sigh.

"I don't know Jimin I'm sorry. I guess.. noona isn't always right."

"What do you mean?" Jimin tensed, "Sorry for what?"

"I believe this is something we should talk about in person. I'm near your house-"

"No, you can tell me now. I won't mind."

He couldn't see his sister, but whatever she wanted to admit must've been hard for her to understand. So he gave her time.

She finally started to speak in a guilty tone.

"I shouldn't have been trying to control your love life. Or force you into a relationship."  Confessed Jia, "What I think doesn't matter, and besides, I've been thinking the wrong way."

"I.." Jimin stammered, at a loss for words, "How did I get so lucky."

Somehow all the people that were angry at him miraculously made up with him the next day. Is this a dream?

"What do you mean by that?"

"No wait.." Jimin gasped, "You're near my house right?"

"I'm at your house right now. And if you could just open the door then-"

"Wait. I'll get back to you."

Jimin suddenly looked up at Yoongi, who was trying to grasp the current situation since Jimin put the phone on speaker.

Yoongi came to a conclusion before looking away and letting out a sigh, "You want me to take you to your house, right?"

The CEO looked at the cat café, and then to Jia's name on his phone.

Then nodded hesitantly.

The older sighed at last and muttered words under his breath, "Alright, get on. But I'm going home right after, it's not like I want your sister to see me anyway."

Jimin quickly unmuted the call, "I'll be there soon, I'm currently out." And hanged up.

And right when Jimin and Yoongi were about to head back to the motorcycle for the 2nd time that day, Jimin spotted a familiar face from the corner of his eye. His breath hitched.

A certain tall man with dimples kept coming closer to the place they were at. His "luck" was absolute shit at this point. Jimin gulped as he stole a glance at Yoongi. It felt like time was moving slow when he should be spotted by his secretary any second now.

He quickly noticed a lamp post on his left and grabbed the collar of Yoongi's shirt and pulled him towards him. With Jimin's back against the lamp post and Yoongi in front of him, it's unlikely that the secretary would recognize his face.

"Don't move, please.." Jimin spoke silently to the older. He saw that Namjoon was standing in front of the cat café, and kept checking his watch. Seconds had barely passed and Jimin was already restless. When would he leave?

Yoongi raised an eyebrow as he placed a palm on Jimin's cheek, he got the hint so he covered his face even more using his hand.

Yet he couldn't help but tease Jimin, "This is really the only thing you could think of? There's many ways to hide from someone."

Ironic he said that because he nearly did the same thing before.

The younger didn't say anything and instead tightened his hold around Yoongi's neck to move closer to his ears, "I'm so sorry."

Only a few seconds passed but Yoongi sensed the urgency of the situation, "Don't you think that man over there would get suspicious when he notices that we've been kissing for a while." He said in the most serious voice ever.

"K-Kissing? And how-"

"Yeah, that's what you wanted us to look like, right?"

"But how did-"

"We need to get out Jimin. This isn't working."

Yoongi glanced to his right and noticed the man suddenly stopping in front of the doors, and he turned around to face the café, I guess luck was on his side.

"Come on, this is our window." He quickly turned his back towards the man and guided Jimin to his motorcycle. He then wrapped an arm around the CEO's waist and swiftly lifted him on the backseat, "Look towards the streets so that he doesn't see you."

"Was carrying me really necessary?" Whispered the younger, face flushed and embarrassed.

"Better than you wasting time and making a bunch of noise trying to jump on."

Fair enough.

Jimin moved around in his seat to get comfortable, then followed the older's orders and nonchalantly looked to the other side, hiding his face from his secretary. He only turned around and hid his face into the older's neck once Yoongi got on.

When the motorcycle started accelerating, he took a final glimpse at his secretary and let out a gasp.

"Shit, you know you're right near my ears right??"

Jimin sat up straight, but didn't remove his hands, "Sorry. It's just.."

He couldn't believe his eyes. And because of that he quickly looked back again.

His secretary was walking into the cat café with the familiar face of another employee. One of his most trusted employees too.

He was with Mr. Kim.

After some time Jimin regained his normal state of mind, what happened in the last five minutes was too much for him, "I just saw my secretary with someone. But why would they meet up? I told Namjoon to communicate to him by email." He said with no warning.

"So the man we were just hiding from was your secretary? Why?"

Oh shit, Jimin forgot to explain that part, "Wait before I explain that, how did you know I was hiding from someone? And how did you realize it was him specifically?"

Yoongi slightly chuckled at the irony, "I don't know, it's almost like I have some type of experience doing stuff like this."

Jimin rolled his eyes, "Oh right.. this is child's play for you."

"And you looking at him every two seconds also gave me the hint. I don't think I'd do that if I were you, it only makes you look more suspicious." The older said as he stopped at a red light, "Now before you explain why you were hiding from him, tell me your address so that I know where to go."

"I live in Seohyeon-dong street, at the very end of the road." Jimin informed and grew silent.

Yoongi looked like he was deep in thought before he finally realized where Jimin lived, "God that has to be one of the wealthiest areas in the city.."

"What did you expect?"

Yoongi nodded in response, not having much of an answer to give. Instead, he brought up another topic.

"You were hiding from him because of me, weren't you?"

The CEO didn't answer which was enough for Yoongi to understand the truth.

"I mean, I also don't like to be seen in public."

He scoffed, "I don't get your logic Jimin. You're embarrassed being around me, yet you.. never mind." He paused, "You even used me to hide from him."

And yet, Yoongi still couldn't get away from Jimin. He knew the younger had issues, but something was still keeping him from abandoning Jimin altogether. He just hoped than he'd figure out what it was sooner or later.

Jimin hesitated, Yoongi's logic wasn't half wrong.

"You probably enjoyed it anyway."

The traffic light finally turned green after what seemed like ages.

"I don't think I was the one enjoying myself, Jimin." Yoongi emphasized his name.

Jimin mumbled out words under his breath.

"What's that Jimin?" Probed Yoongi with a quirked eyebrow, "Am I aggravating you?"

"Nothing."

"Can't think of an excuse, can you?"

"Are you done yet?"

"Maybe when I get some answers."

"We can't go out normally, can we?" Sighed Jimin as he gave into Yoongi's demands, "I don't know why I'm acting this way."

"Well I know why, you want to have everything."

"What do you mean?" Jimin's voice grew louder.

"Don't act dumb, you want a relationship with someone out of your league- out meaning 'below', and you also want to maintain your picture perfect image." Said Yoongi, "Even when you know you can't have both of those at the same time because of me."

"Well fuck you then, you had plenty of chances to get away but end up choosing me anyway. So if you hate my life so much, why in hell do you keep choosing to get involved with me?"

Yoongi maintained his calm manner, "You realize how egotistic that makes you sound? And I'm sure I'm not the only one between us who hates your life."

Now that made the CEO go silent yet again, a contrast to his sudden outburst.

"I didn't mean to come out like that." Jimin looked down, "I'm sorry."

"I feel I'm taking care of a kid." The older muttered, "But apology accepted."

For the rest of their ride Jimin and Yoongi said nothing to each other, the only change that happened besides that is that the CEO kept tightening his hold on Yoongi the closer they got to his home. As if he didn't want him to leave.

Jimin knew almost nothing about the man he was with, yet couldn't help but feel there was something about him that understood Jimin. A contrast to his usual tough demeanor.

Yoongi hadn't admitted it yet, but he didn't need to because Jimin already understood. No matter what Yoongi says to him, he still cared about Jimin. Otherwise why else would he keep going back to the younger?

"How far do I need to go down this road?" Yoongi finally asked.

"Just a bit farther." Answered Jimin, "And thank you for giving me a ride back to my house."

"Welcome."

Yoongi spotted a large white house once the street came to a dead end. And instead of parking directly in front of the house, he decided to park a few blocks before.

"I hope you don't mind walking the rest of the way, because I don't want your sister to see me."

"I have a feeling she'll treat you better." Jimin hinted.

"Well a feeling isn't going to cut it, sweetheart. I have to go." Yoongi immediately bit his lip, "Shit, that slipped out of my mouth."

"You must be used to calling that waitress sweetheart then." Jimin scoffed as he got off the vehicle with a sour face.

That earned a big laugh out of Yoongi, and then he focused his attention solely on the younger's face. Jimin's jealous face provoked something inside of him.

God, he's adorable.

"I'm not used to calling everyone sweetheart." He paused to pick up his helmet, "Just you."

Jimin was officially overwhelmed, but thankfully his state of embarrassment didn't last long. He saw Yoongi chuckle at his behavior which didn't help either.

Jimin gulped and looked back before he leaned in to give Yoongi yet, another hug.

"Thank you for making my day better." His voice came out muffled because his mouth was pressed against Yoongi's neck, "You don't know how much it helps."

And for the first time ever, the older was was the one that was speechless. And all he could do was stay silent, drop his helmet, and wrap his arms around Jimin's waist to return that hug. Almost holding him as tightly as Jimin was holding him on the motorcycle. After a few seconds he lightly pushed the younger off.

"You don't know about boundaries, do you Jimin?" He inquired.

"You hugged me back though, so I don't think it really matters." Jimin shrugged with a cheeky grin.

Yoongi removed his hands from Jimin at last, let out a slight smile, and turned around for good, "Your sister has been waiting for who knows how long, you should go."

Jimin mouthed a 'thank you' for the last time before he officially turned around and left Yoongi on the sidewalk.

For some reason, the older's heart felt full but empty at the same time.
