Tanjiro:
Panic. Pure panic.
He remembers vividly what it was like coming home to the scent of blood and death and horror, and finding you collapsed on the floor at your house brings back all of those horrible memories tenfold.
Luckily, he can't smell death on you - so he knows you're alive at least. He doesn't leave your side even after he's gotten you into bed with a cool cloth on your face for when you eventually wake up.
Nezuko:
The very first thing she does is rush to your side. She can't smell any blood on you, and you seem alive, so she's not nearly as scared to death as she would be as she watches over you, fretting and dunking a cloth in cold water to lay it over your face.
If the sudden feeling of cold doesn't wake you, the feeling of a moist towel definitely will, and you'll be greeted to your crying girlfriend as she pats your cheeks, relieved that you're awake and okay.
Zenitsu:
The first thing he does is panic. The next is realize he can hear your heartbeat.
Still, never say he doesn't have a flair for the dramatic - He breaks for a good few seconds before running to grab some water and hoist you into your bed to watch over you as you lay there unconscious. He'll be crying when you wake up, burying his face in your chest and begging you not to scare him like that.
Inosuke:
At first, he thinks you're lying down because you're comfortable, and he lays down next to you. Then he realizes something's off - and when he rolls you over, sure enough, you're deep in unconsciousness.
Inosuke tries to wake you up on his own (believe me, he really tries), but when that fails he drags you to your bed and lays you down in your blankets, watching you until you wake up.
Giyuu:
The last thing he wants is to come home and see you lying limply on the floor.
When he sees you like that, he legitimately thinks he feels his heart stop for a moment - before his instincts kick in and he rushes to your side, calling out to you and shaking your shoulders. Luckily he can feel a pulse, but he's still terrified as he carries you to bed and calls for a doctor. You later wake to your boyfriend trying his hardest not to cry in front of you, squeezing your hand so tight you're worried he might break you.
Kyojuro:
His smile immediately drops when he comes home and you don't answer his calls. Perhaps you're sleeping? He thinks, but as he walks through the house to get to your bedroom, he finds you on the kitchen floor, a small pool of blood around your forehead.
Panic surges through him as he races to your side. Luckily it seems you just hit your head when you fell - but why did you fall in the first place? He gets you to bed and calls for a doctor, who ends up telling him you were dehydrated in the summer heat. When you wake up, he's staring at you with an intensity you've never seen before as he quietly asks you to never scare him like that again.
Muichiro:
Panic sets in and he goes to your side, trying to assess what's going on with you. You still have a pulse, but it's weak - and when he recoils from touching your forehead, he figures you must have gotten dizzy from the heat and fell.
He gets you into bed with a cool cloth, and when you inevitably come to he has you sipping slowly from a cup of ice-cold water - and he demands you not do that again. He doesn't feel like he could handle seeing you so still like that again.
Shinobu:
Her instincts kick in immediately upon seeing you out cold on the floor: does she feel a pulse? Yes. Do you feel hot or cold? You feel incredibly hot to the touch.
She figures you must be dehydrated and calls for a kakushi to help her carry you to your room, where she presses a cool cloth to your forehead and starts up an IV for you. When you wake, her smile is strained as she asks if you're doing better. She later admits that she's never felt so terrified, seeing you on the floor with no explanation.
Gyomei:
Believe it or not, it's Daikon who alerts him to your fainting. When the cat comes yowling for him to follow, he follows him onto the back deck, where he can feel you slumped over on the ground, unconscious. Understandably, he is horrified when he realizes what's happened. Though he knows you're alive by the pulse under his fingertips, he still has flashbacks - and he doesn't think he can face this alone.
Panicked, he calls for anyone still at the house to come and help - and your mother comes, and immediately screams at the scene. She quickly helps you into bed and spends the rest of the afternoon fretting over you.
When you inevitably wake, she sends for him, and he explains through stressed tears that your cat saved your life. Daikon - for once - lets you cuddle him on your lap, cooing to him and thanking him for helping you. Don't make a habit of it.
Sanemi:
Oh no. Oh no, no, no, no, no, no.
Sanemi is understandably more than a little freaked out over seeing you slumped on the floor like a ragdoll, and he isn't proud to admit he started hyperventilating when he sees the puddle of blood on the floor next to you.
Once he's gotten a hold of himself, he scoops you into his arms and runs for the nearest doctor - he's so afraid of losing you he doesn't waste even a second. When the doctor finally tells him that you just have a mild wound on your hand, and that you're waking up, he's more relieved than he feels he has the right to be. He demands answers, and you can only say you fainted after accidentally cutting your hand a little too deep while making lunch.
Akaza:
When he visits one night and finds you unconscious, he assumes you fell asleep waiting for him. But when he picks you up and you don't wake up, he starts to worry. He ends up slipping you into bed and waiting for you to wake back up - and you'd never know it from the look on his face, but he's immensely relieved nothing's wrong, and that you indeed just fell asleep.
Douma:
When he enters your chambers and finds you collapsed on the floor, he thinks nothing of it - but when you don't wake up, he calls for any one of his attendants that has even a shred of medical knowledge. They end up telling him that you likely just fainted. He stays at your side until you wake, relieved that nothing worse happened to you.
Kokushibo:
When he comes home to you with a small puddle of blood on the floor next to you, he doesn't panic, but he does the closest thing to it - before you know it, you're waking up with both Kokushibo and Muzan standing over you. Cheerfully, Muzan says you were anemic, and you got dizzy from getting up too fast.
So much for saving face in front of your stoic (not-so-stoic) boyfriend.
Muzan:
He doesn't visit you often, but when he does and finds you slumped over the couch out cold, he thinks nothing of it and continues on sitting and reading. When you wake a couple of hours later, you're surprised to see him - and finally realize you fell asleep still in your work uniform.
Yoriichi:
The only thing he can think about is the day he found Uta.
The blood slowly seeping into the floorboards next to you certainly doesn't help matters - and after he's scooped you up and raced out, calling for a doctor, he's surprised to feel something wet on his face and find that he's crying.
You wake a few hours later, having gotten dizzy and fallen, coincidentally starting your period while you were unconscious. The sight of Yoriichi's tears and his shaky plea to never do that again break your heart.
