Jagat and Manyata start from Ameya to DJC Industries while Unnati and Jay are so happy that they order maids to prepare some sweets for dinner.
*DJC Industries*
Uday is literally fuming at some of PS office employees as they have not informed him of some important details of a deal. As the meeting was preponed to next morning, they have to hurry up in the last moment.
*Imagine this building as DJC Industries*
Jagat came to office with his usual security while Manyata was covering herself with the hood cap as she didn't want the unnecessary attention from the employees, also she wanted to surprize the brothers.
As Jagat was showing her the whole office, she was looking around keenly with interest. Many of the employees were looking at her, trying to catch a glimpse of her but in vain. Manyata was literally jumping with excitement as they go to the top most floor of DJC Industries.
Adarsh just had a conference with his Singaporean client who was giving them a hard time regarding construction of a hotel. He was frustrated and was working seriously when Jagat and Manyata barged into his cabin.
Adarsh: Mr. Gupta humne kaha tha.. (looking from his laptop when Jagat and Manyata grin at him.) Manny? Tum yahan? (completely surprized)
Jagat: Kaisa laga surprize? Manny apne semester commencement ke 2 hafte pehle hi aa gayi. 😊
Manyata: Kyun ki hume wahan sab log princess treatment de rahe the. Hum wahan apne hisab se kaam bhi nahi kar sakthe. Abhi Bhaiyya aur Avi Bhaiyya humara kaam (source code) karne ke liye bhi kuch master programmers ko hire karke rakha tha. Can you believe it, Adarsh? (huffing frustratedly at her brothers)
Adarsh: Koi baat nahi, tum yahan se apna kaam apne hisab se kar lena. Simple. (smiling)
Manyata: More over iss semester humare internships honge. Internship mein humare performance ke mutabik hume marks milne wale hai. Last mein hume humare experiences se thesis aur report prepare karna hoga.
Jagat: Theek hai, bachchon. Aap dono baatein karo, humara ek important meeting schedule hua hai. (exiting Adarsh's cabin)
Adarsh: So madam, kaisa laga humara office? (leaning on his table, Manyata is standing near glass elevations, enjoying cloudy sky.)
Manyata: Actually it's so nice. Saare departments itne organized hai aur wo floor admins, personal floor aur PS office wale ideas bahut ache hai.
Adarsh: Wo teeno ideas bhai ke hai. Unka kehna hai ki PS office exclusively 29th floor mein rehna behtar hai. Moreover, yeh dono floors ko connecting escalators hai jo PS office ke employees use karte hai. Humara personal floor hone ki wajah se hume yahan strict silence hota jiske wajah se hume koi nuisance nahi hota.
Manyata: Smart. (agreeing to him)
Adarsh: Tum Bhai ke cabin mein gayi ho? (Manyata nods negative) Hum abhi 15 minutes ke baad chalenge. Mera ek chotta sa conference call hai. Okay? (Manyata says Ok and looks at the cloudy weather)
(As she stands at the glass door and looks outside, drizzling have started and she transports to her thoughts land.)
Manyata: (thinks) I just hope humara yeh decision fruitful ho. Aaj tak humne kisi ko bhi jhoot nahi bola aur yahan aane ke liye itne saare jhoot bole.
Yahan aane ka sab se bada reason hai, that Akdu Raj, Fire Breathing Dragon, Yuvraj Udayveer Singh. Jo ladki apne studies aur family ko hi apna priority pe rakhti thi, uske dil mein naye feelings jag gaye hai. Iss liye revenge ke thor per hum bhi uske dil mein humare liye feelings jayenge.
I just hope unhe humara yeh surprize achcha laga ho. Iss semester ke humare goals hai, ek uss Akdu Raj ke dil mein humare liye feelings jagana aur dusra humara game ke codes complete karna. (pouting) I just hope unko bhi hum ache lagte.
She snaps out of her daze when Adarsh keeps a hand on her shoulder to take her to Uday's cabin. She feels her heartbeat increasing as she walks towards his cabin and as Adarsh catches the door handle, she starts sweating with nervousness.
Here, Uday was angrily typing away something in his laptop as he just got to know that someone was giving private information from DJC Industries to Goenka Enterprises (Aarav's company).
Adarsh: (dramatically) Bhai, aap ke liye ek surprise hai.
Uday: (pissed tone) Adarsh, abhi nahi.
Adarsh: Are yahan dekhiye toh.. (keeping hands on Manyata's shoulders to bring her in front of him to show to Uday)
Uday: Adarsh behave (lifting his head to reprimand Adarsh and stopping his sentence in the hanging as Manyata shyly down her head)
Adarsh: (excitedly) Kaisa laga surprise?
Manyata: (shyly) Umm, Hi. (looking at the floor)
Uday: (smirking lightly) Hi Manyata. (thinks) Great. I love the surprise and also the girl, Adarsh. (smugly) Come on, Manyata. Count down start, iss baar hamesha ke liye, humare saath rehne ke liye. Iss baar aap ko wapis Seattle flight lene ka chance hum nahi dene wale.
Adarsh looks at them, one shying at the sight and other smirking, looking at the former one. He doesn't understand their exchange. However, he wishes that at least this time they realize their feelings towards each other.
Manyata: Ab hum ghar chalte hai. Humne abhi tak unpack bhi nahi ki.
Adarsh: Manny, unpacking toh tum baad mein bhi kar sakthi ho. Lets order some pizza and party.
Uday: Aur wo kis khushi mein?
Adarsh: Bhai, Manny pehle baar DJC office aayi hai. We need to party. Sruti ko bhi bulate hai. What say Manny?
Manyata: Sruti ko nahi pata ki hum India mein hai. Hum use dinner ke wakt surprize dene wale hai. (eyes twinkling with mischief)
Adarsh: (excited for the mischief) Wow, hum bhi use prank karte hai. Are you in, Bhai?
Uday: Lets see. Sruti ka aaj ek important meeting hai. Abhi tak hua nahi hoga. (looking at Manyata from the corner of his eyes) But I'm up for some pizza.
Adarsh: Yay.. Hum order karte hai, aap dono baatein karo. (He goes out of the cabin on the pretext of ordering pizza)
Uday smirks looking at Adarsh, who in turn smiles at Uday. Manyata, meanwhile looks at the cabin interiors.
Uday clears his throat as he takes his place near her on the couch. Manyata feels her heart hammering loudly but puts up a brave smile on her face.
Uday: So, tumhara semester kab shuru hone wala hai?
Manyata: Two weeks later.
Uday: Tumhara game kahan tak aaya?
Manyata: Optimization aur kuch kaam baaki hai. (thinks) Why is he taking sudden interest in my game and studies?
Uday: (thinks) Is she uncomfortable here? (Just then, Uday's PA Keshav comes in for reminding about a meeting.)
Keshav: Sir, aap ko next 10 minutes mein Park's ke saath meeting hai.
Uday: Cancel it.
Keshav: Sir (hesitating for a minute) Sir, yeh thodi mushkil hoga. Yeh meeting 2 months pehle hi scheduled hai aur yeh thoda important meeting hai.
Uday: Meeting ko reschedule karo. (looking at Manyata, not minding that Keshav is watching him)
Keshav: Sir? (looking bewildered as Uday never asked for rescheduling a meeting)
Manyata: Aap apna meeting kijiye, no problem. Hum ruk sakthe hai. 😊 (smiling a little)
Adarsh: (coming inside the cabin) Bhai, pizza will be delivering in 10 minutes. (noticing Keshav's bewildered expression) Oh hai Keshav. Bhai ko aisa kyu dekh rahe ho?
Keshav: Kuch nahi, sir. Hum chalte hai. (smiling at Adarsh and Manyata politely) (thinks, going crazy with the realization) Oh my god, iska matlab she is Mrs. Udayveer Singh, the crowned princess.
Adarsh: Bhai, maine Shiva ko bhi keh diya hai, wo lunch room tayyar kar raha hai. (observing that Uday is still looking at Manyata, intently. Shrugging him) Manny, you know DJC Lunch Room ka ek legend hai. No one other than our family have entered it.
Manyata: Really? Wow. So I'm the first one apart from family.
Adarsh: Oh come on, you're family. (mock punching her arm) You're my Bro. (Manyata hissing at his punch) Hey kya hua? Humne itni zor se punch bhi nahi ki.
Manyata: Wo jab hum Mumbai airport mein the. Someone have pushed me to wall. Tab se mera left forearm pain kar raha hai. (Uday till then gets a first aid kit and sits beside her)
Uday: Show your hand. (Manyata lifts her hand to him, he applies a soothing cream) Yeh toh swell ho gaya hai. (in a reprimanding tone) Are you serious, Manyata? Can't you take care of yourself? Are you a kid?
Manyata: (pouting as she knows that he is stating truth)
Adarsh: I feel like I'm watching a drama where lead couple care for each other.
(Manyata feels her cheeks heating up at his comment while Uday ignores it. Just then, their lunch staff boy Shiva comes to inform them that pizzas are in lunch room.)
Adarsh: Chalo bhai, bahut dino baad hum lunch room mein party karne wale hai. (Manyata gets up and Uday walks next to her as they walk towards lunch room.)
As they have pizza, Manyata couldn't help but wonder what happened to Uday that he doesn't stop staring at her, intently.
Only if she knew that they were travelling in same boat.. 😉😉
The lunch staff boy, Shiva was also equally shocked when Manyata enters the legendary lunch room and slowly he understands that Uday and Manyata are up to something while Adarsh is like a brother cum best friend to Manyata.
Later after the pizza party, Manyata leaves to Ameya as she was feeling the jet lag crawling up her veins. Jagat and Manyata head back while the brothers get busy in their meetings.
Keshav, Uday's PA never had a proper holiday since his recruitment to DJC Industries. Back then, he was tempted to take the offer as his salary was triple times his previous salary. In fact, he understood his position after a week of joining as Uday was a true workaholic and being his PA, he was needed to answer his every call at any time of the day.
Back to present, Keshav was praying to god that somehow he survives the day as Uday was literally throwing fireballs to the PS office employees. The deal sign could be postponed but Uday being the perfectionist couldn't bare to do so.
After the arrival of Manyata, the rumoured girlfriend of their Lion King (Yuvraj Udayveer Singh), Uday was no longer irritated and even excused some mistakes of the staff. This made everyone believe that Uday was whipped with his girlfriend. Since Jagat and Adarsh were with her throughout her time in DJC Industries, no employee could dare to take her pictures, moreover she was covering her face with the hood of her sweatshirt.
Everyone in the office was happy for their boss except for one, and that was Sanya Agarwal. She claimed herself to be the girlfriend of Uday and always bullied other employees with her sidekicks, using the tag 'Girlfriend of their Boss'. She was part of PS office and almost everyone feared for her as they didn't want to be in the bad books of their boss.
Sanya was not exactly in love with Uday but his name and fame have always fascinated her. She have dreamt of being crowned princess of a rich estate, being wife of India's hottest and one of the wealthiest bachelors.
Here, her sidekicks and the other PS office employees were giving questioning looks as the talk, 'Boss's Girlfriend and his to be wife have visited the DJC office' were creating doubts in their mind.
Already there were rumours that Sanya was only bluffing as there was no evidence that Uday and Sanya were in a committed relationship. To prove them wrong, Sanya clings to Uday at every possibility to show off their fake relation to other employees.
*Ameya*
Srutija had a tiring day at Fawkes as she was preparing for the upcoming Spring Collection which was her first individual assignment given by Jaynandini.
As she sits on couch and closes her eyes to wave off the sudden laziness, someone closes her eyes.
Srutija: (touching her hands) Mom, Bua aap dono mein se koi bhi ho.. this is not funny. I'm very tired. (with a sigh)
Manyata: (giggling silently)
Srutija: (forcefully taking out her hands from her eyes, surprised to see Manyata giggling. Closing her mouth and opening it again like a fish)
Manyata: So, kaisa laga surprise?
Srutija: Manny? Tum yahan? (realizing, yelling excitedly) Oh my god. Oh my god..!! Manny? Tum yahan?
Unnati: (laughing from behind) Aaj subah hi aayi hai. Sirf aap ke Nana Ji aur Dada Ji ko bataya tha. Hum sab bhi bahut surprize hue, Sruti.
Srutija: Bua, Manny I'm so happy that you're back. (getting an idea) Hey kal hum off lete hai aur hum kal bahar shopping phir movie dekhenge. Oh ha, do din pehle hi Siddharth Malhotra ki film release hui hai. Hum wo movie dekhne chalenge.
Manyata: Last time jab hum aaye the tab bhi Siddharth Malhotra ki film release hui thi. (remembering their first outing)
Srutija: Haa toh iss baar bhi hum enjoy karenge.
Jay: Aap dono Adarsh aur Chotte ko bhi saath mein le jayiye na. Kal toh waise bhi weekend hai. (smiling looking at Unnati)
Srutija: Oh haa, yeh bahut hi achchi idea hai. Mom, you're the best. (hugging Jay) Hum dinner ke baad Bhai aur Dada se poochte hai.
Unnati: Ha wo log bhi aate honge. Sruti chalo fresh ho jao. Dinner bhi lag raha hoga. (Sruti nods and runs to her room)
Manyata: Hum bhi fresh ho kar aate hai. (smiling at Unnati and Jay, she moves to her room)
