I ran through the crowd of students looking for the small boy. I need to see him. I need to tell him how sorry I am for not protecting him!
"kokichi!"
"huh? Big sis?"
I turned around to see kokichi standing behind me with a confused look on his face. I guess he's never seen me this flustered before.
I scooped him up in my arms and kissed him all over. He giggled happily. I smiled at him as I rested my forehead against his. My little brother is back and this time I'll keep him safe.
