Adarsh: Yeah aaj hume at least teen ghante lion's den mein rehna hai. God save me today. (dramatically)
Manyata: (confusingly) Lion's den? Do you have a lion in office? (Everyone start laughing except Uday and Manyata, of course)
Adarsh: Oh god, Manny. You're the cutest ever. (chuckling)
Srutija: Oh Manny, Dada ke cabin ko Bhai Lion's den kehte hai. You know he's called 'Ruthless and Cold Boss Man' in business field. (Manyata keeps an 'O' face.)
Manyata: (murmuring) Lion nahi Fire Breathing Dragon rakhna chahiye tha. That is more apt.
Srutija: Tum ne kuch kaha? (Everyone look at them)
Manyata: (keeping an innocent face) Nahi toh. Tumhe kuch sunayi diya?
Srutija nods no but looks at her in confusion.
Jagat: Sruti, hume kal aap ke college ke dean se call aaya tha.
Srutija: (curiously) Kyu Dad?
Jagat: Woh bata rahe the ki next semester se aap ko industrial and market experience ke liye internships lena hoga. Wo chahte hai ki iss baar hum log bhi iss recruitment mein hissa le.
Vj: Waise kafi achchi idea hai, Jagat Banna. Hum kab tak experienced logo ko hire karenge. We need fresh talents.
Adarsh: So ab se office mein bahut lively environment hone wala hai. Thank god, ab se office mein humare jaise youngsters honge.
Srutija: Bhai, Are you planning for a new PA? No offense per aap ke PA Gupta ji ko dekhte hi hume neend aa jati hai.
Adarsh: (dramatically thinking) Sometimes I wonder wo kahi mere pichle janm ke koi dushman toh nahi hai. I swear behave toh aise karte hai jaise ki hum unke PA hai. Har wakt ek hi jaap, Sir aap ko 10 minutes mein meeting attend karna hai. Ab aap ki break ka wakt khatam ho gaya hai. Uff..!! (Everyone chuckle)
Uday: So he's doing good job. Humne sahi PA choose ki hai. (smiling smugly while Jagat and Vj laugh out loudly)
Adarsh: (dramatically gasping) Bhai aap ne hi unse yeh sab karwaya. (melodramatically pointing towards ceiling) Nahi yeh nahi ho saktha. Hey Bhagwan!! Aap humse konsi janam ka badla le rahe hai jo aap ne iss 'Ruthless and Cold Boss Man' ko humara bhai bana diya.
Srutija: (with a sigh) Oh god, bhai. Aap ko na business chod kar drama company lagana chahiye tha.
Jay: Dramebaaz.. 😅😅 (chuckling)
Adarsh: (still looking at the ceiling) Bhagwan ji, ab bas ek hi sapna poora kijiye. Ek fun loving aur cute si ladki ko Bhai ke zindagi mein entry karwayiye taaki hum log bhi thoda relax kar sakthe hai. Just imagine agar humari Bhabhi Sa bhi Bhai ki tarah 'Ruthless and Cold' hui toh.. (gasping) Oh my.. hume toh soch ke hi chills aa rahe hai. Iss masoom si jaan ki raksha ab aap ki zimmedari hai.
Elders and Srutija laugh out loud on his dramatic monologue while Manyata looks at Uday and at the same time, Uday looks at her. They have a cute eye lock which gets disturbed when they hear Unnati's reply.
Unnati: Don't worry Adarsh. Hum ek achchi si fun loving and cute ladki ko chotte ke liye dhoond hi lenge. (Uday pretends as if he didn't hear it while elders look at Manyata from the corner of their eyes.)
Srutija talks about something else and the topic gets diverted but Uday and Manyata get back into their own la-la land.
Manyata later on decides to avoid him until her mind gets diverted from his thoughts and focus on coding her game instead. Uday, on the other hand, gets involved in a new deal which could improve his business in Singapore.
Unnati and Jay try in every possible way to get Uday and Manyata close but in vain as they show zero to none improvements, apart from their occassional greetings and smiles which they pass to each other.
Manyata and Srutija get busy in their studies while Nidhi keeps going on dates with her fiancée, Neeraj, who in turn becomes Sruti and Manny's friend. Soon, Nidhi's engagement date gets fixed and Srutija is really excited for the function as she have never attended any event which is not covered in media.
Srutija even designs the outfits for Nidhi and Neeraj as an engagement gift. Manyata decides to wear Jay's creation as Jay and Unnati have literally ordered her. The engagement party goes on smoothly where Manyata and Srutija try very hard to keep their identities as secret.
Nidhi decides to throw a party for Srutija and Manyata as they have been like sisters to her, despite difference in their financial statuses. She invites Manyata and Srutija to 'Neptune Bar', an elite club famous for late night parties.
Manyata wears a grey colour one piece dress while Srutija decided on a black bodycon outfit.
Manyata and Srutija go to the party where Neeraj and Nidhi were supposed to receive them at 9 PM. The girls enjoy the loud music and join the dance floor where many of the youngsters were dancing to their hearts content. Just then, Neeraj grabs Nidhi and they get lost in dancing with each other. Srutija and Manyata giggle looking at them.
On the other hand, Aarav Goenka is with his business associates in the VIP section, in success party of his business deal. He looks down at the dance floor where he finds a girl in grey dress as she was laughing with other girl in black bodycon dress, she looked very much angelic in her brown wavy hair.
Manyata laughs on something while Srutija remarks on a weird couple, awkwardly dancing on the fast beat song. She didn't know that someone was watching her from a certain direction.
Aarav takes his 2nd whiskey glass while observing every single move of Manyata. His business associate was flirting with a random girl across the table and seemed very involved in it.
Aarav: (thinks) She looks so beautiful. Such a beauty with no guy. Interesting.
Vivek: (business associate of Aarav) Bro, wahan kya dekh rahe ho? (looking in the direction where Aarav was looking)
Aarav: Nothing. Tumhara flirting ho gaya ho toh dance floor pe chale. I want to loosen up a bit. (nonchalantly)
Vivek: Are you sure its not a girl? (narrowing his eyes at him)
Aarav: Chal Dramebaaz. (rolling his eyes)
The boys come down when Aarav looks around for Manyata but doesn't find her. He curses silently and dances with a random girl.
Here, Manyata, Srutija, Nidhi and Neeraj play truth or dare game. Neeraj spins the bottle and it stops on Nidhi.
Manyata: So Nidhi, truth or dare?
Nidhi: Truth. (Srutija makes a face as she have thought of a dare.)
Manyata: So tell us about your first crush. Dhyaan rahe you should be honest. Okay?
Nidhi: Okay, humara first crush. (smiling cutely) He was Salman Khan from 'Hum Aap ke Hai Koun'. Wo itne cute the uss film mein. Hum shayad 9th standard mein the jab humne yeh film TV mein dekha tha. (Neeraj smiles at her)
Manyata: I expected something more better. Maybe apne class ke kisi ladke se crush ya aisa kuch. Played safe ha, Nidhi.
They spin the bottle and now, it points at Srutija.
Nidhi: So truth or dare?
Srutija: Dare. Hum rajwaade kisi se darte nahi hai. (flipping her hair dramatically)
Neeraj: Aap ko kisi ladke ka phone number lena hoga. But you shouldn't tell that this is your dare. (Nidhi laughs as Srutija makes a face)
Srutija: Okay. Let me select my target.
Manyata: That guy is looking okay. (pointing at a random stranger)
Srutija: Okay. (She proceeds to that guy.)
Everyone laughs as Srutija gets awkward while talking to him. After troublesome minutes of talking with the stranger, she procures his phone number with a victory smile.
Manyata: Well done, Sruti. I'm proud of you. 😊
Srutija: (giggling) Thank you, Manny.
They play for sometime and at last, Manyata and Nidhi are tipsy while Neeraj and Srutija are completely wasted.
Neeraj even confesses his love to Nidhi in front of at least 70-80 people. His drunken confession is recorded by Srutija and Manyata. After his drunken confession, Neeraj and Nidhi go home as they receive a call from Nidhi's younger sister.
Srutija and Manyata still sit in the club and are enjoying their own private party when Aarav and his business associate Vivek come to sit near them in their booth. They have already called Adarsh to pick them up as they knew that couldn't drive in that condition.
NOTE: Aarav Goenka have never seen Srutija before, but he knows that Uday and Adarsh have a younger sister. DJC family haven't seen Aarav Goenka but know Sanjeev Goenka and also the fact that he has a son who have recently taken over his business.
Aarav: (giving a charming smile) Hey Girls.
Srutija: (with a boring look) Hello. (Vivek starts to flirt with her but she rolls her eyes at his cheesy pick up lines.)
Aarav: (turning towards Manyata) May I know your name? (smiling creepily)
Manyata: (sassily) What would you like it to be, Mister?
Aarav: Ah, a feisty one I see. (chuckling) Want to dance with me?
Manyata: How about a No. (crossing her arms)
Aarav: I insist, Sunshine.
Manyata: I see that you lack an important trait.
Aarav: (not understanding her innuendo) What?
Manyata: Basic Manners. (smiling cheekily as Aarav looks taken aback)
Vivek: (little shakily) Bro, we need to leave. Your dad is calling.
Manyata: (sassily) Looks like someone's going to get yelled by Papa Bear for doing something stupid.
Aarav: Aarav Goenka never forgets anything. I'll see you later. (smirking)
Manyata: (smirking) Congratulations for having great memory power and I'll be waiting for your comeback.
Aarav: Be ready for your countdown, Sunshine. (smirking)
Manyata: (smiling with a glint of mischief) Don't worry for me, Mr. Goenka. Better save yourself first.
Vivek and Aarav leave from the place when Uday and Adarsh arrive to the club. Uday and Aarav don't see each other but walk very closely.
Srutija: (squealing loudly) Bhai, Dada..!! Aww.. mere dono pyare bhai aa gaye. (creating a song then and there) Bhaiyya Ji ghar aaye..! Bhaiyya Ji ghar aaye..!
Adarsh: (sighing) Tum ne exactly kitni pee rakhi hai, Sruti??
Srutija: I'm not drunk. Main toh bas ek nahi do.. nahi-nahi teen shots li thi.
Uday: (in a rigid tone) Teen ke baad ek do zeros lagana bhul gayi ho, Sruti. (Just then, Manyata hiccups)
Adarsh: (facepalming) Great, one is already wasted and another one is in process to be wasted.
Uday: Adarsh, Sruti ko sambhalo. Hum ise dekhte hai. (grabbing Manyata's hands)
Manyata: Wait, let me say bye to them. (pointing towards shot glasses in front of them)
Uday: (mumbling to himself) Drunkard Rabbit.
Manyata: (defending herself) I'm not a drunkard. I just had iced tea.
Adarsh: Club mein iced tea kon bejta hai?
Manyata: Yeh club nahi hai. This is a dance party. Iss liye we should go and dance. (jumping like a rabbit) Yayy..!! Lets dance. Come na (pulling Uday and Adarsh while Srutija is sleeping on Adarsh's shoulders)
Uday: (mumbling) Drunkard.
Manyata: (whining) I didn't drink (hiccups) At all. I promise.
Adarsh: Bhai, Manny aise hi karti rahegi, hume wapis jaana hoga. It's getting late. (Uday nods and picks Manyata bridal style while she mumbles something about her game.)
Adarsh puts Srutija on back seat, removing her heels and tightens the seat belt. Uday simply places Manyata on seat and wraps a fur scarf stole so that she won't catch a cold. Both of them are fast asleep by the time they reach Ameya.
As it was quite late, everyone have already retired to their rooms. Adarsh simply takes Srutija to her room and asks a maid to change her clothes. Uday takes her to bathroom first and removes the makeup. He then calls one of the maids to change her into night wear. Later, he places an Advil strip at the night stand and leaves to his room.
Next morning, Srutija and Manyata wake up with terrible hangover. They literally couldn't open their eyes at all. However, no one in the family know that they were drunk last night as Adarsh makes up an excuse that they were partying till late night and couldn't wake up early.
In the afternoon, Srutija comes to Manyata's room to know about their last night's drunken activities but finds her in lounge connecting to second floor balcony.
Srutija: Manny (She turns back) Kal humne kya kiya tha, tumhe kuch yaad hai?
Manyata: Not everything. I remember bits of it.
Srutija: Kya yaad hai? Please batao na. Dada and Bhai are not even talking to me. ☹ (pouting sadly)
(Uday, who was at home as he was working from home, stops at his place and listens to their talks.)
Manyata: Hum se do ladkon ne baat ki thi. One of them was flirting with you and another one was trying to hit on me.
Uday: (in an authoritative, demanding tone) What? (Manyata and Srutija flinch at the sudden voice and turn to look at him) Who was that? (The girls look shocked at his presence.) Tell me, kon tha woh?
Manyata: I don't know and I don't remember him. (little fearful at his tone)
Adarsh: (appearing out of nowhere) Bhai, aap yahan hai. Hum aap ko hi dhoondh rahe the.
By then, Manyata and Srutija's eyes were out of the sockets. They were stunned to find the princes at home at that particular hour.
Srutija: Aap dono? Yahan iss wakt?
Adarsh: (sarcastically) Oh sorry, Rajkumari Sa. Hum toh aap ke permission lena bhul hi gaye the.
Srutija: Bhai, I'm really sorry. Please ab hume maaf kar dijiye na. I will never be careless. I promise.
Adarsh: (turning serious, pointing his index finger towards her, in a threatening tone) Behtar hoga agar tum apna promise nibhaoge toh.
Srutija: (nodding frantically) Hush..!! I can breathe in peace now. (Adarsh rises his eyebrows towards Uday who was busy glaring at Manyata.)
Uday: Manyata, kon aap se flirt kar raha tha? (glaring at her)
Manyata: Are you my Dad? Why are you glaring at me? (firing back)
Uday: Manyata, I'm already mad. Don't make me more angry. (going red in anger)
Manyata: I seriously don't know him, hoga koi road side Romeo. Hume kya pata. I don't even remember his name. (shrugging nonchalantly)
Adarsh shows his dimpled smile understanding Uday's anger. Srutija doesn't get why Uday is getting all worked up on that unknown guy who flirted with her best friend.
Srutija: Dada, let it be na. (trying to calm him down)
Uday: (releasing a deep breathe to calm down) Tum dono ko hum aakhiri warning de rahe hai. If I see you guys getting drunk without any of us. You will face consequences. (Srutija nods knowing his protective nature but Manyata frowns at his commanding tone but says none)
Srutija: Dada, ab toh smile kijiye na. (catching his left hand)
Uday: (grumpily) I have work. (He leaves to his office room)
Manyata: I have a meeting with one of the programmers. (leaves to her room)
Srutija: (wondering to herself) Dada kabhi-kabhi kuch zyada hi strange behave karte hai. (She leaves to her room)
Adarsh: (mumbling) Looks like hume bahut jald Bhabhi Sa milne wali hai. Beta Adarsh, ek Adarsh bhai ki tarah apne Bhai aur Bhabhi ki super hit love story mein unka cupid bano. (excitedly) OMG, Bua is going to be so excited. (patting himself) Adarsh, you're one awesome fellow.
Uday walks front and back, getting all worked up on that unknown guy who flirted with his rabbit. Yes, his rabbit...
As Uday have finally realized his weird confusing feelings towards Manyata. He liked her, period.
He didn't know why he wanted to smash that guy who flirted with her.
Was he jealous?
He didn't know and didn't want to know. Because, he was confused. He never felt this strange pull towards someone in his entire life. He felt as if his mind and heart were in a war.
Mind warning him to stay away from Manyata and Heart telling to let her be with him.
Here, Manyata's situation was no less. She never understood that certain crowned prince who was always unpredictable around her.
However, they decided to go with the flow as they were too confused to understand their feelings for each other.
