Okay so today was pretty nice. I was up and left for school early to take the PSAT. I think I did pretty good, but I feel like it was a little bit of a waste of time cause it's just like any standardized test. During the language part, the lights went out for a good 30 seconds leaving us in the pitch dark. Also, at the beginning of the math section, I was so excited to do math I almost accidentally snapped my pencil in half.
Then I had APHuG and Art which were pretty chill. After school I did some German vocab studying while watching Legacies. I'm on episode 3 where they do the Salvatore musical. I'm sorry, but the musical is super cringy.... I'm also not a fan of tv series re-enacting things in musicals... I hope it gets better but it's unlikely.
Then I went to my first high school climbing comp. I went in with a serious comp mindset and took it like I would take my USAC comps, but it failed. It was tooo casual and took wayyyyyy too long. I had to wait for literally everyone to climb one climb before going on the next one. It was annoying. And they were like extremely easy. We had 3 top rope routes, and I personally said their grades were 5.6,5.7, and 5,7+. Then the 2 boulders we did were both like V0s. Way too easy for first comp I think. But whatever. It was really long and I got kinda bored so yeah.
Now I'm home and icing my wrist cause it's kinda irritated with me. Idk why. I mean yesterday at team practice I did an extra set of workout and tried doing push-ups again to see if I could handle it, which made it kinda mad. But it was feeling fine today, and after I took my tape off from climbing it got mad again. Not super painful just like an "oh, it's twanging and hurts" kind of pain.
Ed Sheeran did Tiny Desk Concert!!! And it's amazayn!!! I loved it tons!
Also, Harry Styles in Boston I think should forever be iconic. He wore a king crown, sunflower hat, wore heart sunglasses, and ranted about Boston's schools and late night ramen places! It's not often I like a show as much as this one. Also, the way he had the crowd sing watermelon sugar quietly is so funny to me for some reason. I just really liked watching highlights from it. I have to be honest though, when I first saw one of the videos pop up on my YouTube page, I dismissed it cause the outfit is literally identical to all his other outfits. Still like it though.
