Elena's P.O.V.
I whimpered feeling a sharp pain radiate through my head. My vision was blurry and the iron taste of blood filled my dry mouth.
I could tell from the dim light that I was in a hotel room. My hands weren't tied or anything but I was too afraid to move. I wanted to go home and I missed Harry and Liam. We didn't even get to finish our sleepover.
"You're finally up.."
I turned and immediately feel a lump start to form in my throat seeing Greg come out of the bathroom.
"Please don't hurt me..." I whimpered. "G-Greg... I-"
"Shut up!" He yelled. "Didn't I tell you to have a bag packed and be ready because I was coming to get you?!"
"Y-Yes but-"
He shook his head and sat down beside me on the bed. I couldn't help but scoot over to the side a little bit. I was terrified and I didn't want him to hit me. "Elena.." he sighed. "How many times do I have to tell you... when I tell you to do something, I expect you to listen to me."
I didn't say anything.
He pulled me into his arms and pulled me to lay down with him. "You're staying here tonight. I want you here with me."
I shook my head and tried to sit up. "I-I can't... I need to go home and I need to be with Harry. W-We're having a sleepover tonight a-and Liam came over a-and he brought princess stuff so we can play dress up.." Greg rolled his eyes and groaned. "Fuck Elena! Grow the hell up! Enough with all the childish shit and the stupid stuffed animals. You need to fucking act your age! Enough!"
I froze. I didn't know what to say. I thought I do act my age. I always do my chores and I listen and I always behave. "I-I'm not childish..." I could feel my face becoming more red.
I couldn't help but break down and cry. I just felt so overwhelmed and what he said really hurt.
He sat up and ran his fingers through his hair. "Please don't cry... I'm sorry... I didn't mean it. I'm sorry." He pulled me into his arms and kissed my forehead. "Baby I just want you here with me. How am I supposed to take care of you if you're not here with me?"
I tried to push away from him but he only held me tighter against him. "Stop resisting me. Let me hold you. Don't you know how much I love you?"
"I-I wanna go home.."
"Baby... your home is with me. We are meant to be together. You need me. You will always need me. You know that right?"
I nodded my head. "B-But what about Lucille?"
Greg's P.O.V.
I rolled my eyes hearing Lucille's name. I need to visit her soon. I know she probably feels neglected. I really want to be with her but I need to handle things here. I want Elena here with me and I want it to just be the two of us. I want her to have my children and I want her to be with me. Mr. Styles is not going to take her away from me.
I won't allow it.
I felt Elena's body shake against mine as she cried. I am trying my best not to hit her because I just need to convince her that she needs to be with me. I just can't deal with this. It's annoying and I just want her to shut up.
Lucille is never like this. Yes she cries from time to time but it was always for a good reason.
Elena cries just because.
"I-I want to go back home with C-Collins and Mr. Styles..."
I tried to keep my anger at bay but it was becoming more and more difficult by the minute.
"Elena" I said curtly. "Collins is not good for you. He is out to hurt you. Can't you see that I am trying to help you?! Baby... I just want what's best for you. My job is to keep you safe. We have to leave and find a place for the both of us. Why do you keep fighting me knowing that I am trying to keep you safe? And what has Mr. Styles done for you?! Why are you so attached to this man and he hasn't done shit for you?!"
She looked up at me through her lashes. "I feel safe around him. Collins and Mr. Styles takes care of me. You say you love me b-but it's just not enough anymore. I-I don't want this. W-We can't stay together Greg. We spoke about this before and I-I just can't do this.... we aren't meant to be.."
That pissed me off. I grabbed her arm and yanked her off the bed. I could feel tears building up behind my eyes. "You don't meant that..." I whispered. I grabbed her cheeks in between my hands and stared into my eyes. "You're not leaving me... and I mean that this time.."
