"How's Jeff?"Lula asked with Samson,Cam,and Trevor nearby.
Norris closed the padded door.
"He is fine,he says he's fine.He will be back to normal within a few days.I gave Sally the cure too and she is doing fine,It works guys."
"Wow,that's great."Trevor said.
"Not to be rude,but I want to go back to our house."Cam complained.
"We keep going back and forth,maybe we need a car."Trevor joked.
"There's a dealership down the road south."Samson said.
"Oh,smart."Trevor said.
"Well,guys,let's go pick a car."Cam said.
They walked all the way there slowly and they had 5 choices.
Choice 1 was a Black jeep with 5 seats.
Choice 2 was a bland convertible.
Choice 3 was a truck with 3 seats.
Choice 4 was a Small Van.
Choice 5 was a slow camper.
"The camper."Trevor said.
"Why?"Cam asked.
"We can fit lots of stuff in there."Trevor said.
"But it's slow Trevor!"Lula protested.
"Oh yeah, The forgot that we are living in an apocalyptic shit hole."Trevor joked.
"How about the Jeep or the Truck?"Cam asked.
"Jeep?"Lula asked.
"Sure,but I don't know how to drive one."Trevor said."Cam can though."
"But it was 2 years ago."Cam protested weakly.
"Come on Cam,you don't have to go fast!"Lula said.
"I will try."Cam said,opening the car.
Trevor and Lula were about to climb into the car when,Lula was pushed out into the fog by a hawk.
The hawk lost its grip and she flew through through the window of the inside dealership.
She slammed against the arm.
Then Lula made a terrible discovery.
Her leg was broken.
Trevor was still outside.
"Oh god!Lula is gone!"Cam shouted.
"I have to go find her."Trevor said.
"but you left the shotgun at home!"
"I know. I'm sorry but we cant leave her behind."
Cam sighed and nodded.
Trevor then ran into the fog after Lula.
Halfway to the inside,Trevor tripped over the corpse of a dead police officer.
His Glock 26 pistol was still in his holster.
"Sorry man."Trevor said, taking the pistol for himself.
Trevor opened the glass door and looked around.
The hawk was nowhere to be seen.
It probably left out of lack of interest.
"Lula!Are you in here?"Trevor shouted.
Lula weakly lifted her hand up over the counter she dragged herself behind.
Trevor immediately saw her and slid over behind the counter.
"Lula!Your leg!"Trevor said.
"Yeah,yeah."Lula responded.
"We thought you died!"
"I did too."
"Let me help you."
"Thanks,you're a good friend."
"I try."Trevor said helping her to her feet.
The two limped away to the car together and they eventually left for home.
