"Well then", I thought. It was a bit of a short notice, like why didn't they mention that in the back-to-school orientation or something?
I looked into the distance and saw a group of limousines (totally unfair) pull up into the parking lot. Ah. The transfer students.
But soon I saw my best friends, Leah Smith, and Carina Williams, running over to me, and MOST feelings of jealousy and outrage at the clear bias toward Deliah vanished.
"Did you have a good summer?" Carina asked excitedly.
"Hawaii was awesome, but I wish you guys could've come", Leah replied.
I sighed wistfully, "that still sounds sooo much better than mine", before changing the subject. "Did you see the transfer students?"
"Yeah! We're going to be ambassadors together!" Leah exclaimed.
"Humph. Well, it's getting late, we should head to our classes", interrupted Carina, taking my hand.
Leah nodded in agreement. "I've got history," she said sighing.
"Same!", I said happily.
Carina sniffed, "see you soon! I've got math, but I think all the seniors have P.E together at 11:30!" With that, she ran away.
However, just as Leah and I were about to leave, the transfers walked into the school.
I eyed each one of them carefully, and I had to admit, I felt like there was something odd about them.
Before I could suspiciously glare any further, Principal Deliah walked up to the front of the gathering crowd. "Welcome, transfer students!" she spoke through a megaphone, amplifying her voice by thousands.
"Please make your way to your ambassador as listed on your guide. They will show you your way around the school. You will go to the same classes as them to avoid any unnecessary confusion."
With some difficulty, I pushed my way through the crowd to find the three students with the corresponding name tags from the list under my name earlier.
"Hello!" I smiled when I finally found them. "Ron, Harry, and Hermione is it?"
Seeing their nods - it would be weird if they didn't - I gestured towards the school. "Come on. We have 15 minutes until history, I'll show you around."

"That's the gym," I pointed, as we walked past the gym. Duh.
"What's a gym?" Ron asked suddenly. I raised my eyebrow, but laughed, not thinking too much of it. What a class clown.
"You don't know what gyms are? Ya' know, gyms? Gymnasiums? G-Y-M-S? Ring a bell? Did you not have any at your own school?" I inquired, going along with his joke.
Ron shook his head profusely, looking genuinely clueless. Hermione nudged him, and it didn't look too light, either.
"Room for exercising." She said quickly, narrowing her eyes at Ron.
I shrugged. "Let's go inside."
We walked in, me explaining to them, mainly Ron, who was so uneducated about modern things (and by modern I mean 1800s things) that I had to give a speech about every single little detail of every single little thing.
I did find it quite perplexing, but I was too bored to care anymore.
Time seemed to fly as we went across the school, seeing the horse riding trail, the office, the infirmary, the restrooms, the stables, the tables, the fountain, and the pool.
When we finally reached the classrooms, numbered 1-35, I checked the time and nearly flipped.
"Speaking of classrooms," I began, "We're almost late for history."
And with that, I zoomed off, hoping they would follow.

Earlier that day:
(limousine scene)
As all of the Hogwarts students boarded the limousines, three particular students were trying to fly under the radar after the disastrous past year.
Draco Malfoy, Theodore Nott, and Blaise Zabini.
They were all exchange students with the same ambassador and the same dormitory, so they would basically be stuck together for the entire year.
Blaise frowned as he was given his guide. "Hylla Drakos? What kind of Muggle name is that?"
"Don't question the weird ways of the muggles Blaise," Theo sighed. "It does kind of sound like your name though, Draco." He snickered at the image in his head.
Of course, Draco glared at Theo. "Shut your bloody mouth, I could never even compete with a muggle, they're way below me. She's ugly as hell, anyway."
He directed his glare to the guide. The picture of Hylla sat in his lap, her wide smile seemingly turning evil as they continued to stare at it.
The photo wasn't even moving and the three clearly coiled in disgust after a moment.
Although Draco secretly thought she looked fine, even pretty, especially the hair. Like his, it was platinum blonde. They'd make some pretty cute babies if he did say so himself, but the last thing he wanted was a muggle wife.

Okay, so I quite like that scene I created at the end, any Hylla x Draco shippers out there, lol? I haven't really thought about that route, I feel like it would be pretty hard to put in, with his personality and everything (smh Draco your terrible personality is scaring away the girls).
(btw, ignore the Percy Jackson references lol, they are not relevant to this story since I just needed name ideas, there will also be some greek mythology references too (again, not relevant) so just don't pay attention to those)
