how we met

After Lia and Soobin broke eye contact, they both got their necessities and rushed out of the convenience store.

On the way home, Soobin couldn't stop thinking back to his and Lia's interaction.

"UGHH stop thinking about it. Nothing will ever happen. She's an idol for god's sake. Stop being such a clown" said Soobin to himself.

Little did he know Lia was thinking back about the interaction too.

Lia was in the car with Ryujin, Lia couldn't help but blush every time she thought back to the interaction. Ryujin couldn't help but roll her eyes at Lia.

"Stop thinking about him OMG, it's making me sick" -ryujin

"I can't!!!" -lia

"Nothing can happen between you and that blue haired guy. He's a spectator you're an idol. And even if something did happen between you both it won't go well. Our agency strictly said no dating" -ryujin

"I know...I know..." sighed Lia.

Back at Soobin's house

"GUYS I'M HOMEEE" shouted Soobin as he went in. "I'm in the kitchen." Beomgyu responded back. Taehyun, Yeonjun and Huening Kai came out of the room and welcomed Soobin back. But the welcomes slowly fades into disappointment as they look down at the box Soobin was holding.

"Again...?" said Huening. Confused Soobin looked down. "Oh yea I was fired" Soobin thought to himself. "Sorry guys...I..I couldn't keep this as well" said Soobin. All of them walked towards Soobin and comforted him.

They sat down at the dining table and waited for their ramen to cook while Soobin was in his room putting his box of stuff on the table.

The others decided to place a bet on whether Soobin got fired cause he got distracted or not. Taehyun and Huening said he was distracted whereas Beomgyu and Yeojun thought otherwise.

When Soobin came out of his room they all acted as if nothing happened. Yeonjun decided to break the silence by asking Soobin how did he get fired. "I..I got distracted...again..." said Soobin in a sad voice.

Huening couldn't help but rejoiced as he won the bet, Then he realised how insensitive it was for him to do that. "Sorry..Soobin but it is a great way to make money you know" said Huening.

"HAHA, PAY UP LOSERS" said Taehyun and Huening continuening on shamelessly. Yeonjun and Beomgyu took out their wallets and paid them sadly.

Soobin couldn't help but giggle.

"What are you giggling at" Taehyun shot back. "Nothing I just thought it was funny" said Soobin.

They took their cooked ramen and enjoyed every slurp of it. After that Soobin told his friends about what happened at the convenience store.

"What?! That really happened?!" -yeonjun

"Wow you must be making that up who would want to look at your face" -beomgyu jokingly

"woOOoWw" -huening shockingly

"..." -taehyun

"It's real!!! I don't have proof but I can tell you its real" -soobin

"pshh as if. If it was so real take a picture next time" said taehyun jokingly.

"Fine I will" Soobin said determined to take a picture with Lia.

It was late they all went to wash up and returned to their room to sleep.

3:03 a.m. Lia and Soobin's phone showed.

They were still awake. Still thinking about their interaction. Wondering if they could ever see each other again. They closed their eyes and drifted into a deep slumber.
