Elena and Ric are walking beside each other with me behind them. "So the Lockwood's really have no idea that these tunnels are underneath their property?" Elena asked "Yeah. Careful where you shine that thing. Bats hate the light." Ric said "Wait. What?" Elena asked "Elena." Ric said and she turns and sees Damon beside me. "Boo!" Damon said

"God, Damon." Elena said hitting Damon. "Scaredy-cat." Damon said "Just ignore him. That's what I do." I say "So you two really can't get in?" Elena asked "No. Seems even the ancient Lockwood's were anti-vampire." Damon said "What do you mean ancient?" Elena asked "See for yourself. This is as far as we get to go." Damon said and we stop as they keep walking and stops in front of the wall. Elena looks at it with her flashlight.

"What is all this?" Elena asked "Well, as far as I can tell, it's a story. In simple archaeological terms, it's a really, really old story." Ric said making me pale knowing it's about the Mikaelsons. "It's our save cave from the wolves." Kol said suddenly appearing next to me. "Dammit Kol don't do that." I say making Damon look at me. "Sister, there's no one there." Damon said "Can I mess with him?" Kol asked "Of course." I say smirking and Kol walks over to Damon.

Kol picks up a rock from the ground and throws it at Damon's head. It hits Damon in the side of the head making him look at Kol but of course Damon can't see him. "Valentina!" Damon shouts "It wasn't me. Maybe it's Mason fucking with you still." I say smirking "That right there is a moon cycle. A man. A wolf. A werewolf." Ric said getting Damon's attention again. "Yeah. It's the Lockwood diaries, Pictionary style." Damon said 

"It's not the Lockwoods." Kol said "I don't understand. I thought the Lockwood's came here with the original founders in the 1860s." Elena said "Ah, maybe the Lockwood's did, but according to this wall, these werewolves have been here a lot longer than that." Ric said "How long?" Elena asked "Long. Gets better. Show her, Ric." Damon said "Names, and they're not native. They're written in runic, a Viking script." Ric said making me look towards them. "Viking?" Elena asked "This name here, when translated, it reads... Niklaus." Ric said and they look at me because of what I call Nik because of his full name.

"Klaus." Elena said "And Elijah... And Rebekah." Ric said "These are the names of the original family?" Elena asked "Carved into a cave that's... That's been here since way before the founding of Mystic Falls or even the entire new world, for that matter." Ric said "Ok, this has gotta be one of Klaus' fakes." Elena said making me scoff. "That's what I said." Damon said

"That could be true, except the last name up here made us think otherwise." Ric said "What's the name?" Elena asked "Mikael." Ric said "Mikael? Mikael, as in the vampire hunter who knows how to kill Klaus?" Elena asked "Yep. And I now like to call him papa original." Damon said and my phone rings. "I'll be back." I say and walk far enough away from them that my necklace works.

"Hey Nik." I say "Rebekah told me you've been helping the Scooby doo gang. Why?" Nik asked "You leave me in this god forsaken town and tell me to watch out for your precious doppelgänger when I could be visiting my friends, so I need to keep myself entertained somehow. Oh and they know about y'all's cave." I say "The one where we carved our names?" Nik asked "Yup and also the one about.." I say trailing off. "Esther." Nik finished my sentence. "Which means they'll probably tell Bex soon." I say "Well that's just bloody fantastic." Nik said

"Yeah that's what I was thinking but hurry up and come back I'm getting bored of this place." I say "Whatever little sister." Nik said hanging up.

Bex is stretching with the cheer squad while I'm sitting on the bleachers waiting on her. She does gymnastics moves and she comes face to face with Elena. "You. Goody." Bex said "I was hoping we could talk." Elena said "About what? Stefan? Don't worry. I'm off him until he starts treating me better. In fact, you should probably take a page out of my book, if I'm being honest." Bex said "Actually, I'd rather talk about this." Elena said showing Bex the drawing with her name. Bex looks from me to Elena surprised.
