"We love you."
"Please don't go."
"You mean the world to me."
They say it like they planned to say it
On the count of three."Why would you miss me?"
"Why don't you want me to go?"
"I don't mean the world to you."
That much I already know.
So why care now and why pretend?
The words you speak
Won't make a difference in the end.I've felt this way for many months.
It may even be years.
So why now; what's the reason?
I'm asking, I beg of you.
Please, why don't you share? You tell me that you love me.
You tell me that you care.
But all I hear are empty words,
That do nothing
But travel through the air.
