What kind of world do we live in?
Where paying attention to a screen
Is more important than the person in front us.
What kind of people are we?
Where the way we dress and look
Is more important than how we act.
What kind of world are we living in?
Where flaunting our bodies
Is more important than respecting them.
What kind of people are we?
Where poisoning ourselves with toxins
Is more important than keeping clean.
What kind of world do we live in?
Where popularity
Is more important than intelligence?
What kind of people are we?
Where dating is more important
Than being than having confidence.
What kind of world are we living in?
Where the things that we and others do
Is more important than the things we believe in.
What kind of people are we?
Where we humans have lost our humanity
And are never getting it back.

I could go on a rant for days about all the things that are wrong with the world. I'm not kidding. The things that the world has to offer to people is crap. I know lots of people who do drugs and vape and God knows what else. I have friends who do it. And it's shit because we are freshman. 14 and 15 year olds. I'm just gonna stop there because if I go on you'll be sitting here reading for who knows how many hours.
