I'm the one to blame.
It doesn't matter what they say,
Or who does it first.
It's always me.

It's my fault.
There doesn't have to be a reason,
Or even anyone else involved.
It's always me.

I'm doing it wrong.
There's only one way,
Or it's not any way at all.
It's always me.

I'm talking back.
There's always a tone,
Or an attitude behind my voice.
It's always me.

I'm not under control.
I think a certain way,
And talk in my own way.
But it's not the way they want.

I'm not understood.
It's always me.
I don't understand.
Why is it always me?
