Everyone thinks there has to be a reason for being sad and depressed and in a low. But sometimes there isn't a reason. Sometimes it's just there sitting in the back of your mind. And then it comes crawling slowly at first, then all at once. And it makes everything foggy and unclear until you no longer can see. It leaves you to feel nothing. It leaves you numb.
