CONFESSION

I  grab one of the tray of lasagna that I make, before leave at our house.

Now I'm standing outside Beams house holding the small tray of lasagna and the box of cupcake that he give me, I mean leave at the gate.

I inhale deeply and exhale it out as if I was removing all the tense that I'm feeling now, then push their door bell.

..... First ring.....

... still no one is going out.

...... Second ring....

Now there he is, Beam went out to their house and now walking slowly to the gate.

What am I imagining... Why I think this looks like we are at the church and I was waiting for my bride.

BEAM

I'm already on the stairs on my way to my room when I heard our door bell rings.

and as it's only me who is home now, I went back down stairs and walk to the door.

To my surprise to see Forth standing outside our gate, I can't ignore him now don't I? Besides he sure go here because of the cupcake thingy.

So here I am now feeling nervous as I walk in the way to the gate to open it.

"Hi... How are you."
     He said as soon as I got near him and open the gate.

"I bought some lasagna."
     He continued as he smiled to me widely.

"And thank you for the cupcakes."
    

Now what should I say?

"Uhmm—I— Do you — want to— come inside?"  I manage to speak, thinking on the right word that I should said.

"Can I?" He asked.

"Sure... Yeah... come..."
       I told him feeling nervous, and that both of us went inside our house.

The two of us where just sitting here at the dining room for maybe 3 minutes already.

Not talking, just looking at the foods on the table.

So I think I should be the one who breaks this silent?

FORTH

      It's been minutes that we are just staring at this food in the middle of us...

... So I think this is the right time to speak now?

..... Oh god please help me...

.... Okay let's do this.

"Beam." I called and as the same time he called my name. "Forth"

"You go first."
     I told him and smiled.

"I— I'm sorry.... For avoiding you. It's just, I need some time to think." He said,

"You don't need to say sorry about it..But can I know? The reason?" I tell him. "To be honest I'm always thinking what could be the reason is, if I do or say something offensive, I'm sorry."

"No actually... You don't—It's just, Me being so silly." He said and let out of a chuckle.

"Can you tell me that silly thing?" I asked.

"I— I don't know... Promise you will not laugh."

"Promise."

"Sure?" He asked, and I nod.

"But before I say it." He said and take a pause, Can I ask if— f we can be friends again like before?"

"Isn't that the reason why we are sitting here now?" I told him.

"Yeah, Right."

"So? What is it? The silly reason why you tried to avoid me? "

"Ermm.... You are always good to me right?" He asked.

"Yeah?" I would I not be. Well of course I like you that is why.

"See... My friends Phana and Kit... Let say insert some thoughts to me, About you.Oh! Don't worry they are not back stabbing you, they are not saying bad things about you.Not those but they say—They say You might have a feelings for me—And you like me.." He said, his friends aren't blind at all.

"Its funny right, Because why would you like me.. Right?"
     He said as he laugh, but I know that his laugh was just fake.

"What if ..... I do really like you?"

     Yep, I just said it. This is now or naver Forth go confess now and just accept all the consequences.
