I knocked out a few bucketheads and then ran through the streets.
"Get that Lasat!" One of them yelled.
I kicked a barrel at them and continued to run. I ran through an alley way and frowned as I saw a kid.
"You want to live? Come with me!" He yelled.
I thought it over and quickly followed the kid to a ship. We jumped on and he ordered someone to take off. I let out a sigh of relief and leaned back against the wall.
"Thanks kid." I said as I ruffled his hair.
"Names Ezra, what's yours?"
"(Y/n) (L/n)." I said calmly.
"It's a pleasure to meet you." He said as he shook my hand.
"Did you get the informant!" A voice grumbled.
I froze at the voice and turned to see another Lasat climb down a ladder.
"Garazeb?" I asked softly.
"(Y/n)?" He asked as he looked at me shocked.
"You know each other?" Ezra asked calmly.
"Yea.... we're dating." Zeb said softly.
"We were dating." I corrected him.
He looked away and I crossed my arms over my chest.
"I'm sensing some tension.... so I'm gonna go." Ezra said as he turned and walked away.
"You look beautiful." Zeb said softly.
I sent him a look and he scratched the back of his head.
"Look I know you are still mad-"
"Mad! I'm furious! We were together for nearly ten years! Ten years!" I yelled as I glared at him.
"We are still technically together-"
"No we aren't!"
"I never agreed to break up." He said sternly.
"We don't have to agree to break up!"
"Yes we do."
"No we don't!"
"Do."
"Don't!"
"Don't."
"Do!"
"You're right we do have to agree."
I sent him a look and let out a groan.
"I hate you."
"Well I love you." He said softly.
I looked at him shocked and he sent me a smile.
"Say it again." I said softly.
"I love you... have for awhile. Just didn't realize it until you left." He said as he looked down at me.
"I've waited over ten years to hear you say that." I said softly.
I gently touched his face and he leaned down and kissed me. I smiled against his lips and pulled him closer.
"So... we still together?"
"We didn't agree to break up." I whispered against his lips.
He let out a chuckle and pulled me into another kiss.
"No making out in my cockpit!" A voice yelled.
Zeb let out a groan and I burst out laughing as he hid his face in my shoulder.
