"Baka gusto mong umuwi na agad ako?" I gave him an evil smile.
"Kahit kailan talaga hindi na ako mananalo sa'yo. Okay na, sige na, I gave up." he said, raising both of his arms like he's surrendering.
He parked his car and we went to the elevator to go up to his unit. He showed me the way and led me to the hallway. His unit number is 503, and he opened the door for me. Hmm, ganito parin naman itsura niya simula noong kunin namin 'yung unit although nadagdagan lang ng furnitures and other appliances.
"Kawawa ka naman, mag-isa ka lang dito." I said to him.
He chuckled and said, "Kaya nga ang saya ko kasi finally you'll keep me company." he said and put my bags on the sofa.
"You sleep in my room and I'll sleep here nalang sa sala." he said while taking off his shoes and jacket.
"Nah, ako ang epal dito kaya sa kwarto ka na. Dito nalang ako, manonood lang ako all-day. Doon ka sa kwarto mo para walang istorbo pag nag-aaral ka." I said.
"Maaga naman pasok ko kaya you can sleep in my room after I go to school. Gisingin nalang kita for breakfast and doon ka na matulog sa loob." he suggested.
"Alright, kahit saan naman ako matulog, okay lang. Ang importante makapag-aral ka parin." I went to the kitchen and checked his refrigerator. "So, what should we eat for dinner?" I said while opening his ref.
"Cali!" he called out to me when I opened his ref and looked at me like he wanted to explain. I looked inside and saw nothing but a piece of egg and cold water. "Nakalimutan ko lang mag-grocery." he said while scratching the back of his head.
