"Yung bumugbog sa nanay ko?!" I was controlling my pace and looking straight at him.

"Cali, let me explain, my dad-"

"Yes, you're dad is an asshole. Oh, nasaan na siya ngayon?"

"He went back to Dubai. Simula noong naghiwalay sila ni Tita, umalis na ulit siya." he explained, while playing with his fingers.

"Buti naman. I don't want to see his face, naiirita ako." I rolled my eyes at him.

"Uh, Cali..." he sounded like he's going to ask me a favor.

"Bakit?" I asked.

"Uh, kakapalan ko na mukha ko pero pwede bang dito muna kami tumira ng mga kapatid ko? Marupok na rin kasi 'yung bahay namin saka hindi ba mas maganda pag sama-sama tayong pamilya rito?" he said, trying to look convincing.

"Akala ko ba may bahay kayo? Hindi naman sa nagdadamot ako ah, pero hindi naman kasi kita kadugo." I pursed my lips.

"Alam ko naman 'yun. Nag bakaka-sakali lang ako." he looked down. Bakit ba ang bilis ko maawa kahit hindi naman dapat.

"Call your siblings. Get your things and move here na. Walang gagalaw ng kwarto ni Mommy. You can stay sa room beside mine and let your other siblings stay sa guestroom. You can share nalang if you're not comfortable." I said before leaving. I heard him saying thank you but I didn't mind. Siguro okay na rin yung may kasama ako sa bahay. Besides, puro babae naman ang kapatid niya. Isang fifteen, saka isang seve, yung bunso.

I was sitting beside my Mom when I decided to scroll my social media accounts. I saw Jay was tagged in a group photo. Nasa may Station 15 sila. It's a bar here sa Tagaytay. Nakuha pa talagang mag-inom despite the casualty. Nice.

I clicked like to let them know I saw the post. It was his friends, and of course kasama si Mia. They were beside each other sa picture and they were both holding a bottle of beer. Have fun, mga bwisit.
