Walk

Take a walk on a sunny day,

Pass the park where the children play.

And watch the birds as they fly around,

Listening to their beautiful sound.

People talk beneath the trees,

While the grass bends in the breeze.

Kids eat picnics in the field.

No one knows what the day will yield.

Everyone’s having a really great time.

I walk over and use a dime,

To buy myself an ice cream,

And sit down by a stream.

I pick some flowers in a bunch,

Then turn and go back home for lunch.
