"We'll know for sure in two days." You smiled.
He nodded his head.
"Yeah. I don't want to hurt anyone though." He said.
There was no way he couldn't. If Annabeth was his soulmate, you'd be crushed, and vice versa.

"For real?" You teared up, hugging Leo.
"Percy would've told you himself, but he knew it would break you." He said, stroking your hair.
You cried deeper into his chest.
"It can't be that way." You mumbled.
Leo nudged your head, and rubbed circles on your back.
"I was almost sure Leo. I felt it. He's my soulmate. There's no other way." You cried.
"I'm sorry (y/n). I would have thought so too."

After a month, Percy got his name too. No doubt, it was Annabeth.
Your name would show up tonight, and you didn't know what to do.
How could you love someone else? You were in love with Percy.
You were up all night, thinking and thinking.
At 3am, you finally fell asleep.

You stared at the piece of paper.
"That's not possible." You said.
You ripped the paper in half many times, but it reappeared under your pillow with the same name.
"(Y/n), who is it?" Leo asked, sitting next to you.
You stared at him blankly, holding out the paper.
His eyes widened as he took it from your hands.
"But that's never happened before?" He said, confused.
You looked at the paper again.
'Percy Jackson.'
How was that even possible?

"I-I don't know what that means." Chiron stuttered.
"It has never happened before. Well, here at least."
You frowned for the tenth time this morning.
"Hey, look, it's okay. You should tell him though." Leo said, hugging you as soon as you started to tear up.
You knew you said Percy was your soulmate, but ever since him and Annabeth turned out to be actual soulmates, you had some hope in finding someone else you could click with. Anyone else.
"N-no don't tell him. He's just going to pity me. This stays between us, okay?" You looked at Leo and Chiron.
"But (y/n)-"
"No buts." You cut Leo off.
They both nodded their heads.
"Okay, well, I'm not actually sure about what I'm suppose to do now." You said.
You watched Chiron think for bit.
"You could maybe try and get in touch with Aphrodite." He suggested.
"Hmm, I could ask Piper to help me get her attention." You said.
