Chapter 51

Nadine's POV

"kiss  my feet dirty woman" she said as she step her ugatang paa sa harapan ko.

"fvck you" i said to her and rolled my eyes.

"Ilang araw mo ba i-stay dito ang mga yan? Ang baho na at nangangamoy. Ano ba ang plano mo talaga sakanila?" tanong sakanya ng isa sa mga kasamahan niyang sukdulan ang sama ng ugali.

Hindi ko na alam ilang araw,linggo oh buwan na kaming nandito. I wanna get out,i wanna fight for my life pero wala akong lakas. Pinapakain lang kami ng isang beses sa isang araw,madalas nakakatulog ako,Nathan is barely holding on. I am so much in pity right now,i am so hopeless.

"Janine is still healing on the Hospital,she was traumatized i heard" wika niya at tumawa ng mala-demonyo sa harap ko.

Hindi niya pinansin ang mga nakapaligid na tauhan niya at nilapitan ako saka niya hinila ang buhok ko ng mahigpit,tinignan ko siya ng nanlilisik ang mata.

"Beg for your life now little shit" she told me straight to my face. Tinawanan ko siya ng malakas na dinig sa apat na sulok ng madilim,masikip at mabahong lugar na kinalalagyan namin.

"You're delusional. Stop imagining things,go to a fvcking mental hospital" i replied na mas nagpagalit sakanya at mas nagpadiin sa pagkakasabunot niya sa aking buhok.

"Hand me a gun i'll fvcking kill this child" she smirked at me and look at Nathan.

My son is sleeping peacefully,malayo siya sa akin ng ilang metro at katulad ko ay punit punit na ang damit at hindi na nakakakain ng mabuti.

"The fvck!? Kill me instead fvck you" i hissed while i'm preventing myself to shake and be scared of her. She pointed the gun in my face then to Nathan.

"I'm still not done with you two. I'm enjoying watching you suffer,it is very entertaining. Poor Nadine Alexis Lustre-Reid,let's see kung hanggang saan ka aabot" then she laughed. She's a Devil there's no doubt.

"How can you be like this? Wala kang utang na loob. You're hopeless,baliw ka na" i shouted as she was walking away again with the gun on her hand.

"M-mom" Nathan uttered weakly,i look at her,tears are already rolling from my eyes into my cheeks.

"Baby just hang on there,we will get through this together okay? Just be strong" i said softly to him.

My son was still so handsome even with the bruises and wounds that he has in his face. He still looks like James,i never knew that loving James will turn out like this but i never regret it anyway.

I had good time with him,he's my first and last love. We built this family together and i promised that i will protect this even if it will cost my life. James i love you with all my heart,if this lifetime wasn't for the both of us,i'll fvckin' wait for the next and i will gladly spend it with you again.

"M-mom" Nathan called,stopping me from my idling moment. I look at him and flashed a sweet smile to assure him that everything will fall into their right places,in time.

"I missed you so much,Dad and Janine felt the same way too" his voice broke,tumango ako sakanya at hindi na naman napigil ang pa-isa isang pagtulo ng luha mula sa mga mata ko.

Who would have thought that this awful things will happen to me and my family? I just want a peaceful life with James and our twins,Nathan and Janine.

"Janinw will be f-fine too Mom,you should stop crying" he said,tumango-tango pa siya para mas makumbinsi ako,he looks like he's convincing his self more.

"I know baby,just stay strong and brave. Pasasaan pa't magsasama tayong muli" i whispered to him,unsure.

I want that,that's the only thing i want right now. May heaven grant my wish and if it will not,then i will accept the decision from the above.

"I know Mommy,i know" he responded and gave a weak smile to me,i returned it with a sweet smile.

Sa oras na maka-alis kami sa lugar na ito,i will live my life fully and spend it with the people that matter to me the most. It will be such a wonderful dream for now,now that i am locked in this scary and dark room,but may it soon come true.

"Hindi ko na palalagpasin ito,i will dig your own grave bitch" i whispered to myself as i am killing thousands of times inside of my head the woman behind all of this.

THIRD PERSON'S POV

Isang normal na araw na abala ang Hospital na kinaroonan ni Janine at pinagtratrabahuhan mismo ni Dr. James Reid.

"We really can't track it bro" si Daniel

"pa-iba iba na ang location na ini-indicate. Sa tingin ko ay nililigaw na lang tayo,pinahihirapan talaga tayong mahanap sila" si Kathryn at frustrated niyang sinabunutan ang sarili.

Asa labas sila ng Hospital Room na kinaroroonan ni Janine,nauubos na ang pasensya ni James at nawawalan na ng pag-asa na mahahanap niya pa ang mag-ina niyang si Nadine at Nathan.

"Hired a fvcking good and well trained investigator,dagdagan kung kailangan" naiines at nalilito niyang sambit habang nakatulala sa kawalan.

"How's Janine?" Yassi asked na kadarating lang at may bitbit na basket ng mga sariwang prutas,kasama niya si Donna.

"Nasa loob,may mga sessions pa ang Psychiatrist na gagawin" Andre answered her.

"How's the investigation,going?" Donna asked.

"still no sign of finding them. Matalino ang kumuha sakanila,mahirap hulihin at alamin ang location" Bret said and look at James hopelessly.

They all hugged James na tulala lang and muttered their own encouragement.

"We will find them bro" Bret

"We should!" matigas na englis na tugon ni James at umiwas ng tingin sakanila.

His eyes are forming liquid again,walang katapusang pag-iyak. Pakiramdam niya ay wala siyang silbi,he wants to blame his self for everything.

Kung sana ay naging maayos siyang asawa kay Nadine nung una pa lang,maybe hindi mangyayari ang mga ganito. Ngayon ay nadamay pa ang mga anak nila na wala namang dapat kinalaman. Kung sino mang nasa likod ng kaguluhan na ito,he will make sure na magbabayad ito ng higit pa sa buhay niya.

"Pasok na muna kayo sa loob" Anyaya ni Kathryn kila Yassi pagkatapos ng ilang minutong katahimikan. "Kamustahin niyo muna si Janine,maybe she will get better mood pag nakita niya kayo" dagdag ni Daniel at binuksan ang pinto ng Hospital Room ng bata.

Iginiya sila papasok sa loob ng kapatid ni Nadine na kamukhang-kamukha niya.

"Papahangin lang ako" James tapped Bret shoulder.

"Don't do stupid things James" Bret warned his bestfriend.

Kilala nila si James at simula ng mawala si Nadine ay ilang beses na nitong tinatangka na magpatiwakal ngunit napipigilan,at kung minsan naman ay nagigising na lang sa katotohanan at lumalaban.

"We will find her and Nathan bro" Andre uttered sadly. James was so tired hearing those words everyday but it is the only thing too,that keeps him going.

The thought of other people believing that soon he will find his wife and son,gives him hopes. And we all know what hopes can give to people,it gives life and air to James in this tough moment.
