Chapter 6

He looks so mad but I can't tell what part he's more mad about "What do you mean part rule" will I guess that answered my question.

"All in favour" I say and everyone agrees "Fine I want something also" he says looking at me

"Ok what do you want" Mark asked "I want him gone too"

I stand up "No! I already told you Jim is just a friend" he moves up a little

"I see how he looks at you and you at him admit it Gabby" Aaron looks at me and I dont know what to say

"No he's not going anywhere he's going to stay" Aaron says. Fabian was going to say something when Aaron raised his hand

"I'm not done, once y'all are married Gabby you can't be alone with him at all, if we find out you have he will be sent away with nothing." Aaron continued

I just nod my head "We have to make sure any children you have are Fabian's" Mark says looking at me.

I know this is what has to be done but it's not going to be easy all I know is I have to do it to keep him safe. I look at everyone in the room and walk out without saying a word.

I walk to the camper and Jim is waiting for me outside "What happened?" he asked but I just walk in and he follows me

"What did they say? Do I have to leave?" I give him a hug and I can't help but cry thinking about him leaving

"No Aaron said you can stay but I'm going to get married in two days" he hugs me tighter

"O my Gabby" we go sit on the couch for a while but it's getting late and I go look for Sam so we can get our count done.
I find her in the food pantry counting but by the looks of it we are going to have to make a run and soon, even with everything the families brought with them it would only last a couple of months.
We walk out when a guard stops us "Aaron says he wants a meeting to go over the list and see what we need, we are meeting at the pit"

"Ok thanks" I turn to Sam "Go on I left my book I'll be right there" she walks away and I turn to go back in the room when Fabian pushes me in.

"What the hell are you doing" I say as he pushes me against the wall "Why are you fighting this Gabby we have always wanted to be together" he says as he leans in and kisses me.

I don't know what to do, do I let him he's right I have always wanted to be with him, but I push him away

"Stop you had so much time to say or do something but you didn't, and the only reason you want me now is because I have someone who likes me and that scares the shit out of you!" I say pushing him out of my way.

"We got to go they are waiting for us" I grab my book and push past him walking out to the pit. I go and sit next to Aaron "What's wrong? Are you ok?" He asks me and I wipe my face as Fabian walks over and sits next to me.

"Ok let's start this meeting" Aaron says without taking his eyes off Fabian

"So how are the walls looking?" Mark asked

"Good we have guards on and off the towers on shifts" Fabian finished and motions for me to start

"The supplies are not so good I think we need to do a run, and we would have to do it soon or we won't have much if we have to move." I say

"But we don't know what's going on out there, and the news hasent put anything new on its only been on a loop" Mark says to Aaron

"He's right without knowing what's going on it not a good idea" "I know I can do this Aaron just let me try it's what I trained for" he just looks at me and then turns to Peter

"She's going to need two trucks and guards, we will keep a eye out for anything new, y'all will go in the morning if everything checks out" I nod and Aaron calls the meeting and I go back to the camper with Jim.
