Chapter 6 Meteor Falls

"Hey wake up" I open my eyes "oh good morning" I stretch my arms up "how's that egg doing check it with your Pokédex" she pulls out the Pokédex and checks it "sounds can be heard coming from inside it will hatch soon" she says when the egg starts to shake "gah" I jump back and fall off the bed "it's hatching" she says "ow I can tell" I say rubbing my hand on my head "awww" May says I get up to see the Pokémon that hatched from the egg it's a pink cat Pokémon with pink ears with a purple inside ear a cream moon looking symbol on it's face a cream under body and pink tail "Skitty" it cries out "it's a Skitty" I say "check it's moves it might have special egg move" I say she pulls her Pokédex out to check "it has growl, tail whip, zen headbutt, and last resort" she says "oh last resort that move is very strong but can only be used after the other three moves are used" I say trying to act smart "well it's called last resort so" I laugh we go to route 111 she battles a few Pokémon to catch her Skitty up to the rest of her team "well I'm glad to see that you caught your Skitty up to your team" I say "yeah just one more battle" she battles a Pokémon "Disarming voice" Skitty lets out a noise hitting the Marill the Marill uses water gun "double slap" Skitty runs up and hits it a few times it uses water gun again "zen headbutt" the Marill goes down "great job Skitty we didn't even have to use last resort" Skitty forms a star infront of it and shoots it at me knocking me to the ground "BRENDAN are you okay" she says running over to me helping me up "yeah that last resort I better keep training or you'll beat me easily heh heh" I pet the small Pokémon it runs up my arm then jumps onto May's head we make it to fiery path and go through route 113 and to Fallarbor town we walk into the house where the professor lives "um excuse me is professor Cozmo here?" I ask "no some people dressed in red hoodies took him to meteor falls" the woman says "team Magma" I say I grab May's hand and I run there "now that we have this meteorite team Magma will be unstoppable" I see the same man from Granite cave "hey I'd recommend stopping or I'll have to deal with you" I say confidently "well it's you again how about me and my grunt versus you and your little girlfriend" he says while a girl appears besides him "okay then" I ready a Pokéball when he sends out a Numel and the grunt sends out a Mightyena May sends out her Skitty I send out Spheal "keep them busy while I get something to help us" I run off and start looking through rocks when I find what I was looking for a moon stone "yes" I run towards May "May here" I throw the stone at her "what is this?" She asks "it doesn't matter just hold it up and let the light touch Skitty" I say she holds it up the light shines through the stone and touches Skitty it evolves into a larger cat Pokémon with a cream colour light purple ears light purple thing around it's neck and at the end of it's tail "Delcatty" it cries "now the battle really begins Spheal aurora beam" I say Spheal shoots a rainbow coloured beam out it faints Mightyena "zen headbutt" it hits Numel with it's head fainting it he sends out a Koffing "aurora beam again" I say "double slap" it faints Koffing "now you should get out of here" I say "no I will not leave" he says "well we'll have to teach you a lesson miss Birch if you please" I say bowing "why thank you Delcatty last resort" she says Delcatty uses last resort on Tabitha shooting him back "retreat we have the meteorite" they all run away "thank you so much is there anyway I can repay you?" He asks "actually yeah do you know anything about mega evolution?" I ask "sorry that's not my field I'm more based on astrology" he says "oh okay it's fine no payment necessary" I say he leaves when a small blue Pokémon with white in the top of it's head "Bagon" I throw out Spheal "aurora beam" it hits it hard it uses crunch I throw a ultra ball one two three click "yeah" I say when a second Pokémon attacks me a small dark blue Pokémon floating with white spikes on the back and one eye "Beldum" it cries out I send out Combusken "flame charge" it runs at the Pokémon on fire and hits it hard I pull out my Pokédex when it seems mad "Bel" my Pokédex start malfunctioning "well one thing I do know about Beldums they're hard to catch with ultra balls now" I throw a heavy ball one two three click "well that's two" I say we walk out when a small blue Pokémon with white fluffy wings attacks May "okay well Marshtomp water gun" it shoots water out of it's mouth and hits it "okay now here we go" she throws an ultra ball one two three click "yay" we see someone we know land in the ground "well I see you caught a Swablu May" she says "oh hey Lisia" I say "hey Brendan ya still head over heels" she says "head over ah" I walk over and whisper to her "on the small possibility that I'm falling for her how do I-" she interrupts me "just be yourself Brendan" she says pushing me to May "well I must be going goodbye" she flies off on Ali while me and May keep talking we heal and start to head for mount Chimney
