Where It All Started (sequel to The Challenge)

Chapter 25

-a few hours later-
Maya returned from her tests and was now talking to Lucas.

"Maya I have to go to school.." Lucas said, looking at the clock.

He had been out of school for awhile now.

Maya bit her lip, having slight memories of getting expelled from school.

"Okay." Maya said.

Lucas squeezed her hand tightly and then left the room.

Maya looked at the walls for a few minutes, just thinking.

Maya told Lucas that she didn't remember anything from before the crash.

But... She did. She remembered Lucas telling Maya that he had sex with missy.

And... Remember when Lucas told Maya when she was in a coma that he had sex with missy without using protection.

She heard that too.

Maya slowly reached to the side table, grabbing her phone.

She held it in her hand, her hands shaking from weakness.

She unlocked the phone and looked at her photos.

Opening up one photo, she opened up the photo of missy in a retainer and playing minecraft in her home.

This could be useful.. If she ever gets out of here.

-with Lucas-
Lucas entered the school hallways, and headed straight to his locker.

People were looking at him, since he hadn't been at school for several days.

He pounded his locker to open and then put his books inside.

He turned around and ran right into the missy Bradford.

"Lucas!! Welcome back." She said, fake smiling at him.

"Get the hell away missy." Lucas said.

Missy scowled at him and grabbed his arm. "Where's your little friend Maya??"

"You don't need to know."

Missy stopped him again. "I just wanted to thank you for not telling Maya our little secret..."

"Too late..." Lucas muttered.

Unfornately, missy heard him and hammered him into a locker.

"What the hell is wrong with you?! It doesn't even matter anymore... I killed it." She hissed, inches away from his face.

She let go of him and then walked away, her high heels clicking in the halls.

A/n
This will all make sense soon....

Next chapter I will do Maya's POV again ☺️

And I put Ava and aunt Becky's characters on hold, that's why they haven't been in the story.

And Maya's mom returns...
