Back to Maya's POV, present day:

"So I think that's everything..." Riley said on the other end, taking a breath from all the talking.

I didn't say anything. I couldn't say anything. But...

What. The. Fuck.

How did this all happen without me even knowing?!

I came back to reality and held the phone up to my ear.

"Hello? Maya are you still there?" Riley said.

"So this happened when exactly?" I asked, changing the subject.

"Just a few days ago."

I let out a groan and ran my hand through my hair. "what the heck was I even doing?!"

"Doing homework, I think."

"Ugh. I'm so stupid." I said.

I held the phone closer to my ear and said. "First of all Riley your not a slut."

"I know...."

"Then why did you let missy get to you??" I asked.

I heard Riley sigh. "Maya I don't want people thinking about me like that..." Not wanting to say the s word.

"Riley do you even know the definition of slut?!" I exclaimed, losing my temper.

"Maya calm down."

I sighed and laid back on my bed. "I'm sorry I just have so many things going on in my life right now..."

"I understand."

It was silent for a few minutes. I could tell we were both in deep thought.

I sat up in bed and spoke up "so you haven't talked to farkle since all of this??"

"No."

"Okay." I said, standing up from my bed

"Maya please don't do anything." She pleaded.

I shook my head and hid a grin. "Don't worry Riley, I have a completely different target..."

I hung up my phone and shoved it in my pocket.

I slipped into my shoes and headed downstairs, out the front door.

Aunt Becky was picking Ava up from school. She shouldn't care.

I walked and walked until I reached a certain house.

I looked up at it, squinting since the sun was in my eyes.

I haven't been here in years, due to our friendship breaking.

I'm at missy Bradford's house. Yep.

We used to be friends when we were little kids before she became a bitch.

We stopped being friends in fifth grade when she ditched me for populars, and now we are the best of enemies.

I took out my phone and tapped on camera.

I went by her bedroom window, still the same room from years ago, and looked inside.

Nobody was in there, except for all the stuff piled in her bedroom.

Suddenly, I heard voices and ducked down.

"MOM I GOTTA GET BACK TO MINECRAFT." Missy yelled.

I heard her mom sigh and then say. "You need to get some fresh air."

Missy groaned and then I heard a door shut.

I slowly looked back inside the bedroom to see missy opening a small box and putting on a retainer.

Then, she headed over to her laptop and opened up minecraft.

No way... Little miss popularity wears a retainer and plays minecraft??

I held up my phone slowly and tapped a button. The picture saved.

"Sweet sweet revenge." I muttered.

And then I ran off.

Next stop, Lucas's house. Time to talk to him about a few things.

A/N
Lucas is finally going to be in the next chapter ✌️ yay.

I'm not saying that people who wear retainers and play minecraft are geeks, I just wanted to clear that up.

Just that missy Bradford is known as... Well completely opposite as that.
