Here, Drishti was adopted by the famous doctors. Dr Shanshak and Dr Juhi owners of the famous hospital sanjivini. DD's parents died in a car crash and both the sisters were separated.Drishti is a famous doctor who hasn't shown her face to the media.She works as Rakshit's PA for a month because she wanted to find her sister and do something new from her daily life.Rakshit was supposed to marry Lavanya but she ran away because she got a threatening massage from her ex bf. So Mahima asked Divya to marry Rakshit so under pressure she got ready to marry him though she had got some feelings for Shikhar. In all this drama going on Drishti saw the necklace divya was wearing it was just like her. When she asked divya to open it she finally did and divya also asked Drishti to open her seeing their parent pic inside they realized they had finally found each other and Divya told about her feelings to Drishti. Drishti planned with Shikhar and he said he was marrying Drishti. Everyone was shocked but said ok because ash liked Drishti's sweet ways.Divya was shocked and sad.The both brides were exchanged. Rakshit filed divorce with Drishti and divya couldn't believe Shikhar did this to her so she avoided him. Drishti was broken that even mr.shergill and her divi didn't believe her only Simmi and Ojas Chachi believed her. Everyone started talking bad about Drishti and her character.
