Chapter 67

V pov: I'm all healed now. Its been a few months. Benny is almost a year old. His birthday is next Friday. Payton and I aren't doing so good. We've been in a bunch of arguments. We both said some really hurtful things but his words hurt me the most. I haven't seen him in a couple days. He won't answer my texts or calls. The kids keep asking about him. Julie is doing well in school. It's spring now. Julie is on spring break so I was thinking of going to Texas. She has two weeks of spring break and she's an A student. Now back to the present. I was cleaning up the house with the help of Julie. She's a big helper.
Julie- mommy dishes are done and the floors are swept
V- thanks baby you can go play
Julie- but I'm having fun helping you
V- baby I got it but can you help me by feeding Benny he's hungry
Julie picked up Benny and fed him a bottle. She's good at everything. Benny fell asleep and she strapped him in his swing.
V- thanks Julie
Julie- it's fun
I smiled at her. We finished cleaning the entire 3 story house. It was now lunch time. I made potato soup. We all ate. Benny was awake now. I fed him so potato soup. After lunch it was nap time for the kids. Benny and paisley and Preston were outside running and crawling around. Benny got tired and I changed him. He fell asleep. I laid him down in the swing. Paisley and Preston went to sleep. Julie was asleep also. I sat down in the living room watching Netflix. Payton walked through the front door.
I walked up to him.
V- what the hell is all over your neck
Payton- bruises
V- I'm not stupid
Payton- don't worry about it
V- I'm your fiancé of course I should worry
Payton looked at me. I backed away.
V- you were out with another girl was
V- so I wasn't good enough
He continued looking away from me.
V- wow
I walked away from him and ran to my room. I started crying. I ran into the bathroom and locked the door. I sat down in the bathtub and cried. I should've know. I was so stupid to trust him. I thought he really changed. I continued crying. I heard a knock on the door.
V- go away
Julie- mommy are you ok
I unlocked the door and wiped my tears.
V- yeah baby I'm fine
Julie- what's wrong your crying
Payton walked in the room.
V- nothing I'm fine
I put on a fake smile.
Julie- ok
Julie walked out of the room. I walked after her but Payton grabbed my wrist.
Payton- I'm sorry
V- that's what you said the first 2 times I can't believe I trusted you you did this to me three times I'm done I'm not good enough obviously
I walked out and went outside. I sat by the pool. Tears were pouring out of my eyes hard. I saw Payton walk out with bags. All of his stuff. He put his crap in the car. I stayed outside. He was talking to Julie and the other kids since they were awake. Then he left not saying much more to me. Julie came outside and sat besides me.
Julie- dad told me he would text you later
V- ok
Julie- he also said that he's sorry
I nodded. Julie went back inside and was playing with Benny. Josh and nessa came over.
Josh- hey are you ok what happened
V- yeah I'm fine nothing happened
Nessa- girl something happened
V- payton came back with hickeys on his neck and lipstick all over his face
Josh- he cheated
V- for the 3rd time
Nessa- wow
V- he told Julie that he was going to text me later but I'll probably read it and not respond
Josh- he never changed did he
V- no he didn't he was right once a fuck boy always a fuck boy
Tears were streaming out of my eyes.
Josh- I'm sorry
V- it's ok it's not your fault
Nessa- so pannessa is over
V- yeah it's over
Josh- awe weren't you guys supposed to be getting married soon
V- yeah well I'm not good enough
Nessa- your more than enough
V- not to him
Josh- come on let's go inside
We all went inside and Julie was playing with Preston and paisley. Benny was still sleeping some how. Josh and nessa sat down on the couch. I sat down besides Nessa.
Nessa- so he got Everything and left
V- yeah
Josh- what about the kids
V- I don't know
Nessa- well y'all have to figure something out
V- yeah I know
Josh- this sucks
Paisley- mommy is daddy back yet
V- no baby
Preston and paisley shrugged and went back to playing. Julie came out.
Julie- so don't tell them
V-  yeah don't tell them
Julie- ok
She went to go play with them also.
Josh- he talked to her I assume
V- yeah he did
Nessa- she just told us that
Josh- I wasn't listening
I laughed a little.
Josh- it worked I made her laugh
Nessa- good job
Josh- it's getting late I'm going to message the others and we all with be here tomorrow get some sleep
V- thanks guys
They left and I started making dinner. I finished making dinner and called the kids. Benny was sitting in his high chair. We all ate and I gave them all baths. It took about an hour. I put the kids to bed and walked to my room. I got into the shower.  I washed my hair and everything else. I also shaved. I was crying a little. I can't believe he would do that. I finished in my shower and got out. I got dressed in pajamas and laid down on my bed. This bed has so many memories. I went online and bought a new bed. It would be here tomorrow. I know I may sound crazy but I mean if your mans cheated on you and y'all have memories you would want to get rid of them.
The next day: I woke up and got ready for the day. Payton texted me.
Messages:
Payton😭- hey I'm sorry and I know you don't want to see me but we need to figure something out
V🥺- yeah I know but what do we do
Payton😭- well have court next Saturday to figure everything out
V🥺- ok I was about to call that place but you got to it before me
Payton😭- like I said I'm sorry
V🥺- apologize to your kids
End of messages.
I walked downstairs and made breakfast. All the kids ate and I woke up Benny. I got him changed. Everyone was going to be here at noon. I had to go to the store. I packed all the kids in the car. Julie buckles the twins while I buckled Benny. She got buckled herself and we left to go to the store. We arrived at the store and I put the younger ones in the cart. Benny being in front. Julie was walking besides me holding onto the cart. I got what I needed and we paid and left. We decided to get Starbucks. I got them cake pops and got myself my favorite drink. We got home and the kids went to play outside. Everyone arrived and the kids were hungry. I made lunch and fed them. No one else was hungry. I cleaned up and the kids went to nap. Julie wasn't tired.
Jaden- wait so he actually did that
V- yeah he did
Griff- what's going to happen now
V- I don't know until next Saturday
Nessa- did you schedule it
V- no he beat me to it which is fine by me
Noen- he talked to Julie
Julie- yeah he said he was going to text mommy and to tell her he's sorry
V- I'm tired of being cheated on this is the third time
Noen- third
V- yeah once when I was pregnant with the twins once when I was pregnant with Benny at the very beginning and now
Jaden- I like how he has cheated on you in every pregnancy
V- yeah I know
Ant- that's shitty you haven't been able to enjoy any of your pregnancies because he cheated on you
Avani- yeah ants right that's terrible
Josh- we went over yesterday when that happened you could tell she's really hurt I can't believe he would bring Julie into this
V- that's what I was most mad about
Jaden- 1 what kind of person cheats on their fiancé 3 times 2 who brings there kids into their problems
Jaden- yeah like seriously who brings there kids into shit
V- people who bring there kids into shit duh
They all started laughing.
Alaya- that's my best friend
Benny came walking out.
Josh- when did he start walking
V- I guess a few minutes ago
Bryce- we were here for his first steps
Josh- yeah
Bryce- yess
They laughed at Bryce. We talked for a few more hours than everyone left. I made dinner and put the kids to bed. I set up my new bed and got rid of my old bed. Then I fell asleep in my clothes.
