"Surprise!" Colby yelled as he took the blindfold off. I have been living in LA for over a month now. "I know it's not the best because of quarantine but..."
"Colby it's amazing!" I reassured him. We were in the back yard of Reggie, Cassie, Kevin, and Aryia's house. He had blankets and pillows set up. We were gonna star gaze I'm guessing.
After laying with each other for a while Colby sat up and looked at me, "So I have something to tell you..."
"What is it?" I asked and sat up with him.
He took a deep breath before holding my hands. "Will you be my girlfriend? Again..." he asked me.
I smiled at him and nodded, "yes! Of course!" I hugged him and he smiled.
We laid back down and cuddled up to eachother. "Colby?" I asked after awhile.
"Yes?"
"Remember when I told you that what we had wasn't love. That it was just a contract?"
"Yes, why are you asking?" He looked over at me.
"I lied Colby. I loved you."
