"Its been a while"

This isn't my final authors note but I just wanted to give credits to owlolidk for the idea in this chapter I'm so thankful for it 🥺❤️

It was the last day before we were supposed to be heading back to campus , technically campus started 2 weeks ago but because of playlist and a couple other things we've been doing online till we can go back .

I woke up and rubbed my eyes , everyone went home super late last night like around 4 am , it's 2pm now . I wonder if Mattia is awake yet .

Me:
Are you up ?

No reply , he's probably still sleeping . I got up and headed downstairs to check .

I walked into his room to find him still sound asleep . I mean I could go for another nap . I climbed into bed and cuddled up behind him making him the small spoon . "Morning " he said yawning . "Hi , I wanted cuddles so I came down" I explained the reason for my presence in his bed . "I don't know why you don't just sleep here every night honestly " He joked . I could tell there was some seriousness behind it though . He rolled over so I could lay on his chest . "What do you wanna do today ?" I asked . He started playing with my hair gently , "honestly , nothing ." He said , "I just wanna lay here with you , cuddle and get some takeout " he said . I smiled into his chest . "How about we shower and go get food and then come back and cuddle ?" I suggested . "I'll order in I don't feel like driving or leaving my room actually " he said .

After we got home from playlist , we had to explain what happened to Camila and Luca , and even though they weren't in denial about what Mattia and i were doing they were still pretty upset that someone filmed it and even wanted to press charges . Mattia hasn't really been speaking to them much since then .

"Okay baby" I said and attempted to get up . He grabbed me by my waist and pulled me back into bed . "A couple more minutes please " he said into my shoulder before kissing the back of my neck .

I giggled and he tightened his arms around my waist and we just layed there for a bit . "I'm so grateful for you " he said . "I'm really grateful for you too " I said . A couple minutes past again when I finally said "can I go shower now ? " I asked giggling a bit when suddenly he pulled me off the bed and threw me over his shoulder , "Yea WE can go shower now " he said .

He put me down in the bathroom and closed and locked the bathroom door . I walked over and turned on the shower , I turned around and caught him staring at me , "what?" I giggled , "nah nothing you're just adorable " he said walking towards me and kissing me on my forehead. We got undressed and then hopped into the shower . "Shit why is it so hot " he said , "what do you mean this is a normal temperature " I said rolling my eyes while I stood under the water . "Maybe for satan himself " he joked before turning it a big cooler . I pouted at him , "you love me " he said grabbing my face and squishing it gently. "Yea , Yea I do " I smiled .

We showered , and after Mattia attempted to wash my hair and failed miserably ,getting shampoo in my eyes we decided to get out . "Look how red my eye is " I said leaning onto the counter to get a closer look in the mirror . "Hmm" he said , I look at him in the mirror but he was looking at my ass instead of what I was trying to show him . "Hey stop it " I laughed and he smirked . "Why ?" He asked looking again . "I like admiring beautiful things , especially when they're mine " he said , I wrapped my towel around me , "technically I'm not yours " I joked as I started brushing my teeth .

Realization spread across his face , "you're right " he said while wrapping his towel around his waist . He walked towards me and kissed my shoulder blade , then my spine , then my shoulder all the way up my neck to my ear . I was covered in goosebumps . "But you will be soon " he said before walking out of the bathroom .
