She changes to human form and lays her head on my lap.

I look to see Maria with a shocked expression.

Y/N: I'll tell you about it later.

She looks back down and continues reading.

Yue: (*Yawn* Goodnight Mom, Aunties)

YMK (Y/N, Miyuki, Koyuki): (Goodnight Yue)

I look around to see it's time and I open the window to get everyone up.

Weiss: (tired) Close the window.

Y/N: Sorry.

I quickly close it and walk over to Qrow sleeping with a wine bottle on the floor.

Y/N: Qrow.

I try shaking him to wake up.

Qrow: (groans) Leave me alone...

Ruby walks behind me and shakes him to.

Ruby: Come on it's time to go.

Only for him to lightly shove her away.

Ruby: Hmph.

She grabs the wine bottle before throwing it at the wall shattering it into pieces.

Qrow: (waking up startled) What?

Qrow: Oh, right. Sunrise.

I take my leave and help everyone else wake up.

After everyone gets ready Weiss starts welding a metal ball to a makeshift trailer hitch and attaches it to Bumblebee.

Weiss: There.

Oscar: Can we just go back to bed?

Blake: If we're all so tired, maybe we should make breakfast?

Oscar: You wanna make it?

Blake: Not really.

I grab my bag and hand them both an energy bar and give Yang and Weiss one too.

Ruby and Qrow get the flatbed trailer into position.

Ruby: You guys got the bike ready?

Yang: All ready.

Qrow: Well, it's done now. So let's hook this thing up and--

His Semblance causes the tire to flatten just when he put his foot the trailer.

Maria: You people are just beacons for bad luck, aren't you?

Qrow just angrily sits down near the fence post.

Yang: I'm starting to think the universe just doesn't want us getting to Atlas.

As she sits down by the well.

Ruby: (sighs) It's just a flat tire, I'm sure there's a spare.

Yang: It's not just that, it's everything. Storms, crashes, monsters... (sighs) I'm so tired...
