You and Jeongin had met each other through connections with your sibling Chan. You both were seniors at high school and been friends for over 3 years. One day, Jeongin stopped you in the hallway and dragged you to an empty corner in the school.
Y/N: Ya, why did you drag me here, we're going to be late for class!
IN: We're skipping, and I just wanted to hang out with you.
Y/N: okay, I hope Chris doesn't find out about this.
IN: You'll be fine. Let's go!
He grabbed your wrist and ran down the hallway to the exit. You both jumped the fence, barely escaping a teacher's scream. You ran around the corner of the street and stopped to catch your breath. You then looked at both your hands intertwined and Jeongin noticed and let go. He smiled at you and you both decided on going to the arcade. You both played for a few hours before he dropped you off at your house. You were scared to go inside because Chan probably heard about you skipping school. You headed up the steps and unlocked the door, revealing an angry Chris sitting on his desk chair his arms and legs folded and eyebrows furrowed.
BC: So I heard you skipped class.
Y/N: Jeongin dragged me out!
BC: Sis, I'm not mad at you. Just don't do it again.
Y/N: Yes bro, I won't.
He got up and patted your head then walked to his room to resume his lyric writing. You then took off your shoes and walked up to your room. You threw your stuff on the floor and jumped onto the bed. You took out your phone and saw 12 messages and 4 missed calls from Jeongin. So you decided to text him and say that you were okay and that Chris was not mad. Jeongin asked to meet you since it was only 5 PM. You ran downstairs to Chan's room and asked if you could hang out with Jeongin and he agreed as long as you came back before curfew. You texted Jeongin a yes and went to change into something casual, jeans shorts and a cute top to go with your Adidas cap and shoes.

You got the house keys and your small purse and headed out. He had asked to meet you at the arcade and so you walked there. You saw him pacing back and forth looking really nervous. You ran up to him, making him freak out. You laughed and he just stared at you with the "Are you serious" face.
Y/N: So what are we going to do?
IN: Oh I just wanted to grab dinner with you since I know Chan-hyung doesn't unless the boys are over.
Y/N: Yea, I want to go to In and Out!
IN: Alright, let's go.
You both walked to the fast-food restaurant and you found a table while he was ordering. You were enjoying your burger when you notice Jeongin staring at you.
Y/N: What, do i have something on my face?
IN: Huh, no I was just thinking.
Y/N: Oh, okay, so what are we doing after this?
IN: A walk in the park and then I'll walk you home.
Y/N: okay!
You both finished your food and you got up to throw away the trash but he stopped you and told you he'll do it. You smiled and waited for him. Jeongin came back with your favorite ice cream and you both walked out. While strolling through the park, he walked a little behind you and grabbed your wrist.
Y/N: Jeongin, is something wrong?
IN: Y/N, I can't keep up with it any longer.
Y/N: What do you mean?
IN: Y/N, I have liked you for 2 years, yet you have not noticed. When we were introduced to each other, I knew you were the one. You're the most charming, pretty, and smartest girl I have ever met. I don't want to ruin our friendship so it's okay if you can't accept my feelings.
Y/N: Jeongin, I didn't know you felt the same way, the feeling is mutual. I like you too.
IN: Then, will you be my girlfriend?
Y/N: Of course.
He smiled and took your hand, you both walked around the park for a while and took sunset pictures. He dropped you off at your house and kissed your forehead before watching you run up the steps to your house. You waved at him and he left.
