Chapter 50: Y/N vs Leo

Learning we've been fighting in Ophiuchus' body in the whole time was a bit surprising. A real plot twist. The globe rises to the sky and glows. Constellations start forming in sky. The 12 Zodiac constellations. Only nine actually.

Loke then interrupts our thinking by starting to cast something. He starts being engulfed in flames. A ray is shot from the moon and to the Liberam globe. Shutting their gates meant nothing. The ritual is still happening.

"Stop!" I go running up to Loke, ready to stop the ritual if I can.

"Y/N L/N! Meet your ruins!" Loke stops what he's doing and shoots two circles of dark light at me. I jump to dodge them and my fist is covered in my white light.

"White Dragon's:
"Pitch Black:

Iron Fist!"
Hammer!"

Both mine and Loke fist clash. It causes both of us to be sent back. I look at Natsu, Wendy, Bonnie, Carla, and Happy. I order them, "Take care of the globe!" They start flying up.

"No you don't!" Loke yells and tries running after them, but I get in front of him before he could.

"You're dealing with me! I'll brighten your darkness with my own light!" I say. My feet cover in light and Loke's get covered in his dark light. We both jump up and kick. Our feet collide and again, we get sent back. We both start throwing fists and kicks.

Loke stands across from me and he's covering in his light. He says, "I once clad myself in the light of King Regulus. Now that I wield the power of darkness, I am clad in the pitch black of Regulus. Attack once more, human!"

I cover my fist in the same light and go for a punch. Our fists collide and his magic sucked up all my light. "The darkness absorbs all light and transforms it into nothingness. Your measly light cannot penetrate my armor of darkness!" Loke explains with a smirk on his face.

I go in for a White Dragon's: Talon and he absorbs it again. "Now it's my turn. Pitch Black: Punishment!" Loke appears in front of me and engulfs me with the dark flames and it hurts. I go crashing into one of the rocks, but stand back up.

"It seems like you really have forgotten everything. Let me remind you that I master in every element. Wind,, ice, water, fire, light, and dark. Your darkness is nothing compared to mine." I say. I turn into shadow form and slither in front of Loke. Once I'm face to face with him, I give a strong kick to the stomach and he glows flying back, crashing to a rock like I did.

"Know your place, human!" He says and fixes his composure. He jumps and I jump after him. Both our feet are covered in dark magic. When our kicks clash, we go flying back. We land back on the ground.

I turn around when I hear screams. Natsu and the others are falling. "Natsu! Wendy—!" I'm struck while I'm turned around.

"Distracted during a battle?! How naive!" Loke keeps throwing his attacks while I'm down. I see that the exceeds managed to pick up Natsu and Wendy before they crashed. I sigh, relieved. Then I hear Loke changing something again. I stand back up.

"Shadow Dragon's:
"Pitch Black:

Roar!"
Roar"

Both our breath attacks collide and his over powers mine and sends me crashing into a rock. "It appears your darkness is nothing compared to mine."

"Shut up." I fix myself and charge at him, "Fire Dragon's: Exploding Flame Blade!" And Loke casts the exact same thing again. He overpowers me once again.

"You're nearing your limit. Not even your darkness can save you. None of your elements can save you. Purge of Darkness!" Loke smirks. He releases a stream of flames from his palm and directs it at me, pushing me back while dealing damage. I scream out in pain as the attacks hits me head on.

I collapse on my knees and quickly stand back up again. I catch my breath and look up to see Wendy and Natsu doing their best to destroy the Liberam. Natsu's words repeat in my head.

"I know you can handle him, but you won't. You have a soft spot for him, Y/N. I believe you can take him out in one hit, but at this point he won't listen to anyone." Natsu said

Loke continues shooting his magic at me and I take it head on. "What's the matter?! Fight back." Loke taunts. I reach into my pocket and grab Loke's forced gate key. I have to stop them. I place it back into my pocket.

Loke is turned to chant something again. "I told you to stop! You're going to make Lucy cry if she loses you." I tell Loke.

"I don't care about that." He says and starts charging his fist at me. It's covered in his dark light. I stick my forearm out and his fists clashes with it. His eyes widen.

"I'm so stupid... Whether your light is black, white, red, yellow, purple, it's still my element." I smirk. I grab his arm tightly and start sucking up his light. I let him go once I'm done.

"No matter what form you're in, Loke, you're my friend and I'm not losing you! White Shadow Dragon Mode." My body is covered in white and shadow magic. "White Shadow Dragon's: Rough Silk!" From my hand, I release a multitude of very thin beams of light and shadows, which pierce Loke, heavily damaging him.

He falls unconscious. I take the key out and go to him. I touch him and it closes his gate. I look up and the lion constellations appears with the others. Even with Loke hone though, the Liberam continues.
