BEEP BEEP BEEP!
Y/n groaned in annoyance.
Y/n: SHUT UP ALARM!
Y/N reached for his alarm, but it wasn't there. He openee his eyes in confusion and turned to look for the alarm clock.
There stood his mom who had stabbed the alarm clock with a kitchen knife.
Y/N: M-Mom!? What are you doing!?
Rika: That alrm clock just wouldn't wouldn't shut up.
Y/N: What did I say about stabbing my stuff!?
Rika wiped off the cords and mechanical junk off of her knife and sighed.
Rika: But Y/nnnnnn!
Y/N: No buts! Go in the time out corner!
Rika: Hmph!
Rika groaned and left the room.
Y/N looked out the window. The sun was out and the room was filled with sunlight.
Y/N: I hate spring....
After staring out the window for a while Y/N got ready for school. When he made it downstairs he saw Rika hunched in a corner.
Rika: My own son put me in a time out Q_Q
Y/N: Well that's what you get for stabbing my alarm clock.
Rika: So spring break starts soon, right?
Y/N: Yeah.
Rika: You have any plans with your friends?
Y/N: Come to think of it....no.
Rika: Oh really?
Y/N: I'll talk to them about it later today.
Rika: Well if they say no, I have a free schedule for anime watching~
Y/N: I'll keep that in mind.
Rika: Anyway, let's walk to school together!
Y/N: No! You sit there for 10 more minutes!
Rika: But I-
Y/N: Don't make me get the sour cream!
Rika: EEK! O-Okay! I'll behave.
Y/N: Good.
Y/N left the house and took a deep breath.
Y/N: Nothing is more embarrassing than your mom walking to school with you.
Meanwhile with Kyoko:
Kyoko had made sure to arrive at school earlier so that she'd be able to speak with the people she needed for her investigation.
Makoto: I understand that as a detective you have to keep secrets, but you should let someone in!
Kyoko: I plan to Makoto.
She reached the door to her class and opened it. Luckily, Ms Rika wasn't in the room. Ishimaru, Makoto, Chihiro, and Sakura were already in the room.
Kyoko made her way to Makoto.
Kyoko: We need to talk.
Makoto: K-Kyoko!? You're here early.
Kyoko: I've decided to let you in on this case, are you willing to help?
