Some things I think Minji would do

"REEEEEEEE!!!!"
Jimin ran in the room to see what happened, he saw her on the floor curled into a ball.
"Did you stub your toe again?"
"..uh huh...*sniff*"

Jin was in the kitchen, eating a meal when Minji slowly came up behind him.
She threw plastic shurikens at him and then started doing hand signs
Jin: what are you doi-
Minji: AMETERASU!

"Potatoes have eyes, right?" Minji asks as she's eating a bag of chips
"Yes" Namjoon said as he sat next to her
"So they can see?" She asked puzzled
"No, it's so that other potatoes can sprout from the eyes." Namjoon replied smartly
"Oh... I thought that the potato sees as it's being ripped out from the ground, separated from it's wife and kids. As it gets taken to a factory on the back of the truck with the other potatoes that got separated from their families. Peeled and sliced thinly, then fried, it cries in agony. And after a while it's done, it just wants to be set free, a human eats the chips. It's still in pain, but at least it'll be set free in the end..." she finishes the last chip in the bag.
"... What the actual fu-"
