Talia's POV
"We're here Mama." Lanie says as we pull up to the London Stadium.
"You ready?" I ask and Lanie nods as the bus stops.
When the bus doors open everyone grabs their bags then we head to the locker room. Once in the locker room I remove my three necklaces and my ring then I place them safely in my bag before I start to change. I then change into my warm up shirt, game shorts, my right sock, my left sock, my right red boot, and lastly my left red boot. After that I head to Julie's locker then sit down on the floor in-between her legs.
"Hey Beautiful." Julie says and starts running her fingers through my hair.
"Hi Jules." I say then let Julie do her thing.
Julie runs her fingers through my hair for a little bit before she puts part of my hair in a braid then she puts my hair into a pony tail.
"Thanks." I say and hug one of Julie's legs. "Love you."
"Love you Moonshine." Julie says then she kisses my head.
Once Julie's done I get off the floor then head over to the line up board to check it over

After I've checked over the line up I head out to the pitch with the rest of the team. When I get on the pitch I run through my warm ups with the starters then head back to the locker room.
Once in the locker room I change out of the training top and change into our green jersey. After I'm dressed I wait around in my locker as the coaching staff do their last minute talks then the starters and I head to the tunnel and I line up at the front of the line. A minute later we walk out onto the pitch, stand for a bit, shake hands with the Chilean players, I do the captains stuff, then I head to the center circle and wait for the reft to blow her whistle.
Once the ref blows her whistle Alex slowly rolls the ball to me so I look up and see Tobin streaking up the sideline all alone just like we planned. When the ball gets to me I launch it up towards the Queen of Chill and it lands at her feet which allows Tobin to not break stride. Tobin then crosses the ball to the front post and Christen flicks it past Endler putting us up 1-0 in the first ten seconds.
"IT WORKED." Alex yells and hugs me.
Everyone jogs towards Christen and hugs her then we return to our side of the field a few seconds before the Chilean's restart the game.
In the 22nd minute we have a goal kick so Alyssa passes me the ball then I walk with the ball up field and survey for options. While I'm looking for options I notice Alex making a run so I roll the ball forward then use the outside of my right boot to pass the ball into Alex's path. The ball lands at Alex's feet as she's mid stride so she keep racing towards goal and right before she shoots, a Chilean defender comes over and takes Alex's legs out from under her which earns us a penalty.
All of my teammates get in the refs face so I jog towards them and separate them from the ref so they don't get a card. The ref then shows the Chilean defender a red before she points to the penalty spot.
Vlatko put me on Penalties before the tournament so I line up my penalty then bury it in the back of the net putting us up 2-0.
After the ball goes in the team and I celebrate then we head back up field for the restart.
In the 36th minute one of the Chilean defenders passes the ball up field to a Chilean midfielder who then turns up field and looks for an option. Once of the Chilean attackers notices space behind me so she calls for the ball and starts moving towards the space so I follow. The midfielder notices the call for the ball so she plays a ball towards us and when the ball bounces in front of us I stick my long ass leg out and tap the back through the Chilean's legs then I spin around and run up field with the ball.
As I run up field I notice Tobin running into space so I put my head dow then launch the ball towards the brunette. After the ball leaves my foot I watch as the ball flies towards the forward then Tobin brings the ball out of the air and runs towards goal. Tobin pulls a Tobin a drops a few defenders then she gets enough space so she shoots towards goal and the ball bends around Endler making the score 3-0.
"Well this half couldn't have started any better Becky says.
"Let's just hope it continues

"I guess I'll see you back in New York." Christiane says after the game.
The game remained 3-0 since Christiane decided to save every shot we had in the second half.
"I guess so." I say.
"BIG BEAR." Lanie yells.
Julie and I's daughter runs over to myself and Christiane then she jumps into the Chilean's arms.
"Hey little bear." Christiane says then she kisses Lanie's head. "I swear you've gotten taller since I last saw you."
"I grew two inches." Lanie excitedly says.
"Woah." Christiane exaggeratedly says. "Soon you're gonna be taller than me."
"Woah." Lanie says in awe. "Imma be so tall."
"Yes you will munchkin." I say as I take Lanie from Christiane
The three of us say our goodbye's then Lanie and I head to the locker room.
When I get into the locker room I change out of my kit and into my street clothes. After I'm dressed I put my necklaces back on then I sling my back over my shoulder and hold hands with my daughter. The two of us then leave the locker room and head to the bus. Once on the bus we sit next to Julie and sit in silence the whole ride back to the hotel.
After we get back to the hotel everyone heads to their rooms.
"Mama." Lanie says.
"Yes Babygirl." I say and squat down to my Daughter's height.
"You know how the tub here is really big?"
"Mhmm." I say.
"Could we take a bath together?" Lanie asks then she looks up at Julie. "All of us."
"I don't see why not." I say.
Lanie smiles and hugs me then I go run the bath and as it runs all of us take off our clothes. Once the water is perfect I get in first, Julie follows me in, then my soulmate lifts our daughter into the bath.
"You okay babygirl?" Julie asks as Lanie rests her head on Julie's shoulder.
"I missed you." Lanie says. "You been so busy."
"I know Princess." I say as I wrap my arms around my girls. "But tomorrow we have an off day so the three of us will do anything you wanna do."
"Really?" Lanie asks with a smile.
"Really Babygirl." Julie says.
"Yay." Lanie squeals.
The three of us sit in the bath a little longer then we wash ourselves. Once we're clean we get out and dry off then we head to bed.
"Goodnight princess." I say as Julie and I wrap an arm around our daughter who's sleeping between us.
"Night Mama...Night Mommy." Lanie says then she swiftly falls asleep.
"Did we neglect our daughter?" I question.
"No baby." Julie says. "We just haven't had any time to have family time, but we will tomorrow."
"Okay." I mumble then Julie and I lay our heads next to our daughter's. "Night babygirl."
"Night Moonshine." Julie says. "See ya when you wake up."
