They all ate in silence after that but something kept going through her mind. The Wizard and the Demon in Europe. Who were they? She had seen videos of black fog and clouds or shadows moving into a particular direction and suddenly shaping up into the heroes as they helped people avoid catastrophes. They had told the world to call them the Dark duo. Of course their powers were a little shady, but they were doing good with it instead of killing anybody who stood in their way. She wanted to know who they were. She got up from the table, thanked her parents and headed for her room.

Luke: Hello Uncle, Hello Aunty

James: Luke? My God, what on Earth are you doing here?

Elizabeth: James!!? Dear Luke, what your uncle is trying to say is that you didn't tell us you were coming, especially this late

Luke: Sorry aunty. My parents travelled to Melbourne and I didn't want to stay in the house alone so I decided to come over

Elizabeth: You're welcome honey. I hope you didn't ride in that sports car. It's not safe and you know why. You can stay with Susan as Mary sets your room

Luke: Thanks aunty

James: Welcome Luke

Luke: Thanks uncle

He stares at Susan as she hugs him

Susan: Welcome troublemaker. You nearly gave my dad a heart attack.

Luke: Ahh. You know how I love to make an entrance.

They laugh as they head towards her room. They get in and Luke locks the door

Susan: What's that for?

Luke: We need to talk

Susan: What about?

Luke: I believe you.

Susan: I don't know what you're talking about

Luke: Don't play dumb with me Sue. I know that you're the masked menace

Finally! What took him so long. It's been almost two months since she got her powers and she was getting the hang of it daily as she saved people from accidents. She had told Luke and Boa about it but they laughed at her and it made her feel like she had lost it. What had made him change his whole mind about it

Susan: What's your deal Luke? Who put you up to this?

Luke: No one. I should have believed you. I should have listened

Susan: But you didn't, Luke. You didn't. And it hurt more than you know. If I expect Boa not to understand, I sure as hell don't expect you to do the same.

He could see that she was hurting and he felt pained.

Luke: I'm so sorry Sue. I mean, I should have believed you. But you have to understand that it's not everyday your cousin tells you that they have the power to run as fast as sound or do half the things they say you can do on the internet.
