The more i watch the news
The angrier i become
I see what greed has done
I see politicians taking from our mouths
The mouths that spoke against the regime
From the same souls that bled during the struggle
I begin to wonder when will it end
Will I have to bring out the guava
Along with my fire?
Will violence be the answer?
Will I sink too deep in my thoughts
That I may do what most will not
Because the more I watch the news
The angrier I become
