"What the hell is that?!!" I screamed over the wind blasting in our faces.

Whatever it was, we were getting closer by the second. And it was massive. Way bigger than anything I had ever seen before. Even for the last alien invasion we had with Loki. And that was a lot. Too much.

Peter swing us into the park just in time for us to see this freakishly large creature hurdling it's fist towards my dad.
"No!" I jumped off of Peters body and sped over before he could hit my dad, swinging my arm up in its face as hard as I could.
He was even worse looking up front. He was an alien. For sure.
A really bad, grey ugly looking alien that was way too big!

The thing stumbled back a bit as Peter shot some webs and knocked it off balance.
"Dad! Are you okay? Where's mom?!" I ran over to him and looked him in the eyes, holding the side of his shoulders.

"Kid. Wha- no. You cant be here okay? Please."
The look in his eye was enough to inform me that this was it. This was the war everything in the past had leaded up to.
This was the big one.

But I couldn't give in. I wouldn't.
"I'm sorry dad. But we are doing this, together. No matter what."
I gripped his hand in my own and didn't let go. Holding him close to me.
He brought me in even closer as fast as he could. Kissing my head and leaning his against me.

"Okay kid. You and me."

"Hey Mr.Stark! Who are these guys?!" Peter yelled while still battling the giant alien.

"You, Me, and Peter." Dad sighed.
Just as he was about to fly off I held him still.

"Where is mom?" I asked, holding him in place. He nodded quickly at me.

"Friday, where's pepper?"
We waited a few seconds.
"She's still in the park. It's about a block down from here and has a huge massive tree that you'll notice. Run Meribella, run!"

So I did as I was told.
I ran. I ran as fast as I could to get to my mom. To make sure she was safe. To make sure that there was no chance of losing her.

I passed many people as they stood frozen, to me, all of them looking at the spaceship in fear, some holding their kids and running away from any sign of danger. Others were just relaxing. Enjoying the day as if nothing bad was happening. As if everything was perfectly normal and there wasn't a huge catastrophe occurring.
I saw a blonde woman behind the corner of a tree and I immediately ran towards her.

"MOM!" I shouted, stoping my legs from moving and standing right in front of her.

"Oh my god!! How did you do that! Can you teleport?!"

I shook my head.
"Super speed mom. Wayyyy super speed."

"Oh." She replied out of breathe. Holding a hand over her chest.
"Good to know."

I took her arm and wrapped it around mine, then placed my hand behind her head.
"What are you doing?" She questioned.

"I'm taking you to the compound. It's the only place you'll be safe."
Before she could respond, I started running.
Once again, running as fast as I possibly could.
I needed my mom.
And I needed her to be okay.
No matter what.
We all needed to be okay, so that I can live with them all of us this one big happy family. And everything would go back to normal.

After this battle? After we win. Things will get back to normal, and I'll finally be able to live a happy life with my parents. Out in the open.

I stopped in my tracks and looked around the building.

"H-how did. Y-you.."

"I can't right now mom." I pulled her in for a hug, and kissed her on the cheek.
"I love you."
And just like that, I zoomed off.

I couldn't help but think how much longer I was going to be able to enjoy this.
Running, using my powers.
The wind rushing in my face yet I'm not cold, I'm almost immune to it. As if I've got my own shield up.

How long would I be able to enjoy this... until I couldn't anymore?

"Bella!" I stopped abruptly, looking around and found Peter being dragged through the sky by a man in a red cape.
You don't see that everyday.

Behind him was a squidward looking alien that was standing on top of a small tornado of debris and wind.

"Dad! What's going on?!" I shouted, running down to the speed that he was flying at.

"That guy is the wizard, he has a stone that the aliens, at all costs, cannot get. Get the wizard."
His thrusters were molded by his nanotech and he launched off, allowing me to use my full speed.
I caught up to Peter in a second and turned around on my heel.
Throwing up a massive shield around the alien man.

He must not have thought that it would actually hold him because he continued to hover through until he hit himself against the barrier, falling over and looking at me.
"I will kill you next." I heard him say.

His hands were swift moving, and his slim, stretched body got up in seconds. With one little movement of his fingers, the cement around him lifted up in the air and were carved into spears, shooting straight at the field I placed around them.

I could feel every hit he was giving me.
"Hey kid, come on, you gotta get out of here!"
I looked up to see dad, and planted my feet firmly into my current position. I couldn't let him out. Dad said at all costs.

"No dad! Go get the wizard!"

Never in my life did I ever think I'd be saying that sentence.

"Uhhh, Mr.Stark?!"
Peters voice ran through my intercoms.
I tried to look around, but the alien was giving me everything he got. He was powerful. Not powerful than anything we'd ever gone up against. His power was strong and I could feel it.

"I'm being beamed up!"

"What?!" I screamed, with one more spear getting shot at the field, it fell down and blasted me away from where I was holding him.

"Pests." It hissed, then hovered away as if it had more important things to do with its life besides fight me.
Rude.

"Hold on kid! I'm coming up!" Dad launched off once again, and I ran as fast as I could.

"Peter I'm coming to you!" I shouted, jumping on top of the buildings, thrusting my legs in front of one another

"Meribella no!"
I could hear dads protests, but they were quiet. Tuned out.
I saw the beam of light slowly picking Peter up.
Everything was in slow motion as I jumped on certain cement pieces flying through the air, giving me boost to get higher every time.

I gripped onto peters leg and held onto him tightly.
The world suddenly hit play and everything was back at its normal speed.
"Bella! No you can't be with me!"

"Well it's a little too late for that!" I shouted back at him. I tried to look up but it was getting too hard, so I held on for dear life, making sure I didn't slip and fall hundreds of feet in the air.

But this ship wasn't stopping.
In fact, it was speeding up.
Right when the wizard got beamed up into the ship, the beam cut off, letting go of Peter and I.

I couldn't help but let out a scream as I felt my body go weightless in the sky.
Something slipped around my waist and I stopped falling. When I looked up, Peter was holding onto the side of the ship with one hand, and the other hand was holding onto the web that caught me.
"I got you Bella." He let out. His breathing was uneven and jagged. The air was getting thinner by the second.

"You are close to entering the upper atmosphere." Grace said in my coms.
I tried to even put my breathing, but I couldn't. It was as if oxygen was being taken away from me slowly. Every breathe I got, wasn't enough. And each time there was less of it.

"Mr.Stark? I can't-..." Peter tried catching a breathe.
"Hold on..."

I could hear my dad responding, but nothing got acknowledged. I could hear him, but as if it was a distant.
My eyes got heavier the higher we went up, as I tried to open them, all I could see was Peter falling next to me.
Then in a matter of seconds I blacked out.
