"C'mon! We're gonna miss all the good stuff!" yelled Macy's friend Diane.

This year, the plan was to hit all the Dex Holder's houses first. National heroes had to give out good candy, right?

Macy couldn't be more wrong.

Yellow gave all natural snacks. Green gave peanut butter cookies, but they were hard as rocks. She had gone to Red's house, only to find out he had moved to Mt. Silver. Blue gave decent candy, but had screamed and slammed the door in their faces at first. Maybe dressing up as the Mask of Ice and Ho-Oh hadn't been such a good idea...

"You've got to be kidding me. You scared away another kid?" he said. Gold was dressed as a superhero.

Silver shrugged.

"You're not even that scary!" Gold yelled. "How do they get scared?!"

"Obviously it's the costume," said Crystal. She was dressed as a witch.

Gold nodded. "Silver, did you have to be the Grimm Reaper?"
