Chapter 8: Tenrou Island

Naruto's POV

I woke up the next day to an arm being thrown over my chest. I looked over to see Irene asleep. I smiled and thought about Brandish, maybe I could be with both of them. I layed back down going into my mind scape.

"Hey kid, here to go over the plan." Kurama asked

"Yeah let's do it." I said

"What's first?" He asked

"Well I overheard Zeref say that Fairy Tail is having their S-class exams and he's gonna crash there exams. I'll ask to tag along to prove my loyalty to him while I'll leave a few clones to see what he's planning. If he's planing something big I'm gonna have to intervene and stop him." I explain to him

"Good plan so what are you gonna do about Fairy Tail?" Kurama asks

"Maybe I'll join up with them taking Irene and Brandish with me." I tell him

"Boy, this is what you were destined to be. Be their hero. The hero who conquered over the Akatsuki, the hero who defeated the mother of all chakra, and the hero who brought his best friend back. Be that hero Naruto. Be a hero." Kurama says smiling

"Thanks for the words of encouragement Kurama." I say with a giant grin on my face

"Good luck Naruto." He says I leave my mind scape waking up Irene looking down at me.

"Naruto, are you alright?" She asks

"Yeah just talking to Kurama." I say placing my hand on her face

"Irene." I say

"Yes?" She asks

"I made up my mind. I'm not gonna stay here. I'm planning on taking down the Spriggan 12 aside from you and Brandish." I tell her

"Alright, I'll do my best to help you." She says inching her face closer.

I kiss her softly hearing someone knock on the door. Irene jumps out of bed with her. I put on my clothes quickly opening the door to see Brandish standing on the other side.

"H-hey Brandish, what's up?" I say opening the door abit wider

"Hey Naruto, can I come in? I wanna talk to you." She asked

I looked back at Irene who was fully clothed and nodding her head. I opened the door letting her in.

Brandish stepped inside and saw Irene sitting on the bed asking, "What is she doing here?"

"She was visiting me." I say quickly, "So what did you wanna talk about?"

"Zeref is planning to kill you." She said on the verge of tears

"Wh-what did you sa-say?" I said shocked

"He's gonna kill you Naruto. I came here to tell you, no warn you because I love you Naruto." She said kissing me

I hugged her waist kissing her back. I could feel Irene glaring daggers at me from behind. I pulled away.

'Guess it's time to put my plan into action. It's now or never.' I think to myself

Irene grabbed my arm pulling me into a kiss, "He's mine."

Brandish grabbed my other arm, "No he's mine."

'Oh shit, lemme get outta here.' I thought

I slipped out of there grips grabbing my cloak and running straight out the door. I kept running throwing my cloak on. I smirked time to start phase 1.

I knocked on Zeref's door.

"Come in." The voice on the other side said.

I opened the door to see Zeref sitting behind his desk with Larcade and August in front of his desk.
