Jimin's POV

I had a giddy feeling in my stomach and I felt soo happy. It was Tuesday, the day after Jungkook got a haircut. I stayed over at his house and couldn't help but blush when I recalled what happened. Jungkook cuddled with me and this was the fourth time it happened. My face couldn't help but get red at the thought. I'm such a mess.

On the way to school, with Jungkook beside me, my phone buzzed which meant that I received a message. I checked it and I furrowed my eyebrows. It was a message from my mum telling me that I had to go home because my dad wanted to talk to me. That's unusual, why did he want to talk? I also got another message from my brother and he said that something serious went down at home. Confused, I decided to call him.

"Just a minute Jungkook," I told him.

Jungkook saw I was calling someone, so he walked away and waited for me at the bus stop. I was grateful for his consideration. I dialled my brother's number and it rang a couple of times before he finally picked up.

"Hello?"

"Jihyun! Hey! Er, what do you mean something serious happened?" I said, going straight to the point.

"Oh. I don't know the details but mum and dad were arguing last night," he told me.

"Isn't that normal?"

"Yeah, but I think it was about you. I don't know what's happening but it seemed quite serious. I'm scared for you hyung," my brother told me.

"Don't be scared Jihyun. Mum told me dad wanted to talk to me, so I'm gonna come home today. Just to be safe, go stay in your friend's house," I told him.

"Okay. But hyung, tell me what happens okay?"

"Okay. Be safe," I said before he hung up.

Why were they arguing about me? I shrugged before re-joining with Jungkook.

"Everything okay?" Jungkook carefully asked me.

"Huh? Yeah, everything's fine," I smiled at him, seeing the concern on his face.

When school was over, I waved Jungkook goodbye before entering the car that was waiting for me beside the gate. The ride to my house was silent. The driver was too focused on the road and I wasn't bothered saying anything. It's not like he would actually tell me if I asked. Plus I doubt he knew anyway.

Finally, when I arrived at home, I hopped out of the car and went straight inside. The maid bowed to me when I entered and I gave her a look.

"What did I say about bowing to me? You don't have to bow. In fact, I should because I'm younger," I said as I bowed to her.

"Master," she rushed to say, panicking when I bowed to her.

"What did I say about Master? You won't get in trouble if it's just the two of us," I smiled at her.

She sighed before smiling back.

"You're gonna give me a heart attack that's what," she said as I laughed.

"Your dad is waiting for you in his office," she added.

I furrowed my eyebrows. If he told me to meet him in his office, then that meant it was really serious.

I walked up the stairs and stood in front of my dad's office. I took a deep breath before knocking on the door. The sound echoed across the hallway, making me feel more nervous.

"Come in," my dad said in his usual deep voice.

I opened the door and walked in front of his desk, where my dad was, sitting on his chair that was behind it.
