"Well I have more important things to do that could use his help! This is a cure not a stupid prank!" Bruce said and yanked Peter to him

They both argued loudly in Peter's ear and yanked him their way.

Peter couldn't take it. It was too much.

He started shaking violently. And almost collapsed on the floor but Clint and Bruce noticed and immediately held him up.

Natasha walked in with Steve and Tony after a quick meeting with Fury.

"What the hell is happening?" Natasha said as she saw Peters form. He was taking in heavy breaths and collapsed on the floor as he slipped from Clint and Bruce's hold, his hands immediately clasping over his ears as his eyes closed shut.

Tony and Steve immediately ran up to their son and helped him up. They both looked at each other, they knew these symptoms all to well.

"Friday initiate overhead view of Peter Benjamin Stark-Rogers." Tony said as Steve held him up

"It seems that Peter is having a sensory overload. The external environment triggered him to break down." Friday spoke

"Alright. Steve get him to his room and put him on the bed." Tony said and Steve nodded, basically carrying Peter to his room and placing him on his bed.

"Friday initiate protocol 2b." Tony said

Every room in the Avengers tower had the lights dimmed down and loud noises stopped.

Steve and Tony remember the steps from the first sensory overload.

(Anything in italic was before. When Peter was a toddler.)

"Sensory Overload protocol begins. First step is to bring him somewhere quiet." Friday said to Tony and Steve with at the time, a young Peter.

"Yeah. Done. Quiet place." Steve said

"Second, try to calm Peter down by speaking to him softly. Any loud words or forcibly removing him to do anything will put him deeper into the overload. Do this until he stops shivering." Friday said

"Alright. Hey Peter...Peter can you hear me..?" Steve said softly, ruffling the curls of Peter's head.

Peter kept shaking with his eyes closed and hands over his ear, but his shaking turned firm violent to shivers.

"Hey Peter. It's your dad and pops over here alright. No one else is here. We need you to calm down and focus on our voices." Tony said softly

Peter slowly took his hands off his ears. He was still shivering and his eyes were shut, but progress was being made.

"Hey Peter follow our voices. We need you to open your eyes and look at us to know we are here." Tony said quietly

"We are here to help you because we care about you. You are our son. We want you to be safe, healthy and happy at all times." Steve said quietly

Peter slowly stopped shaking and opened his eyes.

Steve noticed the light from the sunset would get in his face and moved to cover him, motioning Tony to close the curtains.

Tony got up and closed the curtains as he remembers the next step.

"Softly speak to him and try to get him back to reality. Get him to name a few colors around the room and point to them. To name a couple objects in the room. Then go onto other things like some subjects he likes in school. Things like that." Friday said

"Hey Peter. You're doing great. Can you name three objects in your room for us please?" Tony said

Peter slowly looked up and around the room.

"Uh...t-th..the desk...bookbag..shelf.." Peter said hesitantly.

"Good. That's fantastic Peter. Can you name five colors." Steve said, glancing at his husband and noticing how they both sat next to Peter as if to protect him and calm him, which seemed to work.

"...red..green...purple..blue..black." Peter said

Tony and Steve smiled as they saw how their son started to become more aware of reality.

"Can you tell us some subjects you like in school?" Tony said

"Math..a-and Chemistry.." Peter said

"Good. What's your full name Peter." Steve said

"Peter Benjamin Stark-Rogers." Peter said

"Who are you?" Tony said

"Spider-Man.." Peter said

"No. Spider-Man is you. You are the hero. With or without the suit." Tony smiled and Peter even smiled a little at the reference.

They sat together and had conversations.

Peter got a grip on reality and laughed as his parents joked around.

"Seriously kid. We love you. We all do. We're all glad your okay." Steve said and Tony nodded, both of them tackling their son into a hug

A close knitted family together.
