Sweet Ann I believe was released for the Vocaloid 1 engine (I could be wrong. I think it's the Vocaloid 2 engine in ye early days before Miku). She's an English Vocaloid. I've heard her design is based off of Frankenstein so that's why her box art looks so demonic and disturbing ish. Lol. I believe she's either under the companies PowerFX or Zero-G.
