For CeVIO, they do have more characters that are considered as color voices. Which in comparison, is sort of like their EVEC. I believe most of these characters have both song and talk voices. I was browsing through the official CeVIO website one day to see if I could get a vb and I saw they had color voices which was interesting lol. That's basically a summary of what I can provide for ya'll.
