Just reading off her Wiki page, EC is another one of those robot UTAU concepts. Her voicebank is mainly Japanese. She was introduced last year. Her voicebank type is CV (consanant-vowel). I've never heard her voicebank since she was just introduced last year so I can't really say how good her voicebank is quality wise
