    H-16-Macarena is a female voicebank for the UTAU program. Her Wiki states that she has 3 voicebanks. Japanese, Spanish and Russian. Her design is pretty cute in all honesty. I haven't heard her voicebanks before so I can't really tell you how good she is quality wise
