According to the UTAU Wiki, Bai Xiányong is a female voicebank but is an alien. Just guessing off of the name, Bai is a Chinese UTAU. Aside from Japanese and English, other languages in UTAU are possible because of phonetics. I actually don't see a lot of Chinese UTAU's in the fandom or really any other language (well. maybe besides Spanish as well) so this is kind of refreshing (in a good way, of course). I've actually never heard Bai's voicebank before so I can't say how good it is quality wise.
