It was the worst day.
Storming and thundering.
It seemed as if the heavens were sad to see her go.
The sky was a dark gray and the clouds blocked out the sun.
In a small gardens gazebo, there laid a young teenage girl.
She looked like any girl her age.
She looked asleep.
She might as well have been.
Mourners came slowly to put roses on the box that she was kept in as the day passed on by.
This girls name is Yuki.
As the procession went on, one uninvited guest came by as no one was watching.
A blue flaming wolf.
And as soon as he had came he left.
The whole scene was so horrible yet so beautiful.

I am falling through oblivion.
Where am I?
I reached out for something but nothing was here but me.
What is me?
Yuki.
Okumura.
I died, but I don't feel dead.
Then a hand came towards me and pulled me out of the nothing.
Now I was back.
This place is familiar.
A paradise.
I looked to the owner of the hand that saved me.
"Grandmother?"
"Yuki. "
"Where am I?"
"The inbetween."
"Am I dead?"
"No, you are merely sleeping."
"B-but-"
"You are still alive. I came to save your soul at the last second and put you in a deathlike sleep to save you. You cannot die yet Yuki. You have much to do."
"How will I get back?"
"Love. The first test has begun. Do the people you sacrificed yourself to protect, love you?"
"Yes. "
"Then guide them from here like I did for you. Save them and they will save you."
"Does anyone know that I'm here? "
"I think Rin hasn't given up on you yet. He'll find out somehow that you're here."
"Why me, though? All of this? "
"You are the true princess of balance just like the prophecy says."
"What prophecy?"
"Wait Yuki. Wait for while.
Until then seize the day."
Yuki smiled then and looked up into the sky.
As meanwhile a boy named Rin was doing the same.
And in this moment in time their thoughts were the same.
"I'll save you."
